Arrive late night, No reception. Ring the bell 🔔 have to wait. Standing at the front. Staff not helpful. Aircon remote not working. Staff Very noisy. Keep talking on the phone walking around. I book 6 days for stay. Until day 6 haven't clean my room everyday. Everyday I'm out please make up room. But I'm back from outside everyday. Room still same messy no cleaning at all. Very bad experience and not recommended. Never book this place again. First and last. Room is moldy 🍄.

Listrik padam hampir 30 menit, lift mati, ga bisa keluar karena akses pintu mati, staff tidak ada, saat di call ternyata sedang bekerja di hotel lainnya. Sangat tidak rekomendasi. Big no!

Great hotel cozy room, only size room is small.

That's not a hotel. More like a motel. There is no tv in the room. The biggest room has no toilet inside the room

Lokasi sangat nyaman, tapi alamatnya sedikit susah di cari karena ga ada tulisan Galaxy Hotel. Lokasi ada di Apartemen lantai 6, kamar mandi cilik banget tapi bersih. Agak sedikit kurang enak seh menurut saya :( cuma menang lokasi saja daerah Causeway Bay.

a very small room ! really will just for 1 single person and the baggage ! the bathroom are outside you will sharing with others . but the room is clean! they provide you a mineral water, towel and soap . the places is like the apartment when you want to get to the building you need to press a floor to speak with receptionist. the place was at 6th floor . it was very confusing when you try to get in to the building .

Worth the price. I could stay in a better place with the same price, but it will be far from that location. The great service came from the housekeepers. The receptionists. Not so much. But again. With that price in Causeway Bay, what do you expect? Overall, it was a good one.

Clean enough, close to Indonesian restaurant and shopping centers, friendly staff.

Bersih, kamar selalu dirapikan setiap hari, CSnya ramah, hotel terletak dekat pusat belanja dan pusat makanan enak.

Pintu rusak sampai jam 2 malam. Tanpa ada kompensasi dan menyalahkan kita. kamar kecil sekali. lift kotor.

For , example the location is good but bad service, room too small, 1 space bed. I not even have space for my suitcase& split bathroom outside, I will never stay again Galaxy.

Good points - Location convenient Bad points - It is not a hotel facilities, just a ABNB set up. Difficult to locate the hotel as it is housed inside a private residential building. Shared bathroom facilities with others, mean common bathroom, not attached with the room. Unfriendly reception.

Kamar bersih deket dengan MTR causeway bay, staff juga baik. Dan kamar selalu di bersihkan setups hari. Handuk pun di ganti seriap hari. Overall everything was good :)

Lokasi strategis, ini seperti apartment bukan hotel, bersih cuma kecil sekali, tapi ya sesuai budget.

Although we have to walk quite far to another building after we checked in, but the location was superb. Near almost everything, shopping malls, MTR station, Indonesian restaurants, supermarket are all just minutes to walk. I will definitely stay here again next time
