良かった点：清潔感あり、部屋が広い、大きなスーツケースも十分に広げられるスペース、オーナーさんが気さくで街の情報を色々教えてくれる 等 残念だった点：FreeWi-Fiの接続がかなり不安定、シャワールームの下水の詰まりがひどい（なかなか流れない）、玄関の鍵を開けるのにコツがいる（鍵を頂いたらすぐに練習したほうが良いです）、階段が多く（ドゥブロヴニクの地形がそうなのでこの宿に限ったことではないが）大きなスーツケースを持っての移動は相当きつい 等 時計台の側で、エアポートバス乗り場からも比較的近く、立地はすごく便利です。お値段を考えると総合的に満足です。 もしまたドゥブロヴニクに来ることがあったら、こちらに泊まってもいいかな、と思っています。

コミニュケーションも充分取れ、部屋は広々。旧市街にあり、観光にも空港までのバス停も近く、便利です。

旧市街の観光に大変便利な立地でした。部屋には最低限の調理道具もそろっており 近所のスーパーで食材を買い出しして滞在を楽しむ事ができました。 いく際はメイン通りから向かうと到着までの坂道が急なので重い荷物がある場合は 女性はちょっと大変ですが・・。

オーナーさんは小まめに連絡をしてくれて、とても親切でした。 英語が出来ないと少し大変かもしれないです。 階段をかなり登らないといけないので、大きなスーツケースを持っているとかなり大変です。 アパートにもエレベーターは無いので、2階以上だと階段で登る必要があります。 部屋はとても清潔で、ミニキッチンがあったので、自炊しました。 調味料は塩コショウのみで、油やその他の調味料はありません。 IHなので火力は弱く、お肉を焼いたり、パスタを茹でるのにかなり時間がかかりました。 レンジがあればもっと便利かもしれません。

ロケーションも抜群でとても快適でした。部屋は清潔だし、オーナーはとても親切でした。連絡はwhat'supででき、質問にはすぐに返事を返してくれました。レストランの情報などとても役立ちました。 予約の際も、ツインをリクエストしたらすぐにツイン確定の連絡があり安心できました。

ロケーションは、ピレ門からは反対側だけど、遠い距離ではない。帰りは空港シャトルバス利用だったため、帰りのバス停に近く、往復で考えると問題なし。また、旧市街にあるため、食事へのアクセスが良く、疲れたときや荷物を取りにホテルへ戻るのも楽。早朝の人気のない町並みを見れてよかった。 清潔さは、妻も満足。WIFI,シャワー水圧もOK。タオル交換は2日に1回だがアパートメントホテルなので。 スタッフは、美味しいレストランやお土産、日帰りツアーバスを、自ら教えてくれた。実際にレストランに行ってみるとその通りの美味しさで聞いてよかった。併せて、ガイドブックに書いてあっても避けた方がよい店も教えてくれた。帰りのシャトルバスは、2-3日前まで時刻表が出ないため、どの時刻のシャトルバスがあるかを前日に調べてメールで教えてくれた。早朝バスのため、助かった。メールのレスポンスが良く、頼もしいスタッフだった。 鍵の受け取りは、建物に受付がないため、事前にスタッフがアパート前に待っててくれるシステム。前日までに何時に着く予定と伝えるとよい。 次回訪問時に、また利用したいホテル。

Studio4に宿泊。一番下の階です。 早朝の到着でしたが、チェックインまで荷物を預かってもらえました。 紹介してもらったすぐ近くのレストランは比較的安くて美味しい。 Hotels.comの地図より1ブロック高いところにあります。ストラドゥンよりもブジェ門に近く、Google mapの位置が正解です。そうはいってもロケーションは最高です。 中心地に近いけれども、窓を閉めれば静かです。 調理関係、シャワー、ベッドいずれも快適に使えました。 WiFiは完全ではありませんが、まずまずです。

友人と２人で３泊しました。部屋は、ラベンダー色でとても清潔でした。２ベッドの部屋をリクエストしていましたが、ダブルベッドと小さめのシングルベッドの部屋でした。スルジ山のケーブルカー乗り場も、プラッツァ通りもすぐです。８月のドブロブニクは、すごいたくさんの観光客。シーズンなので、お部屋の料金も高めでしたが、満足です。

Communication wasn’t great It’s advertised as a hotel and it was an unmanned apartment building I had some texts about transport support but no details were provided and I expected a person to great us on Arrival. I got. I got a text the day before that i missed and on the day i replied back. It took 7 hours for the host to reply because she was working in a nursing home. We arrived at the property and we were standing at the door 20 minutes When we finally got a reply with a code for the front door. Then waiting again 10 more minutes to get the room number. We were in the room and then we got the internet code … Short messages with instructions spaces out We got the host’s mobile eventually And from them onwards every thing was ok We don’t understand why all that information wasn’t provided a few days in advance i f nobody was going to be there The apartment was medium size, very clean and new. It had everything to cook, blankets, sheets and towels were replaced the second day. There was cuyos, glasses, pots, frying pan, cutlery,umbrella, iron and ironing board. Airconditioning was great but we couldn’t Connect to Netflix at all Location is brilliant just tough to get to it due to the amount of steps to the property. We were in the heart of the town but the room was quiet and can sleep well

Fin lägenhet. Hade nästan allt man kan begära. Saknade lite köksgeråd såsom brödkniv,skärbräda och kanske en brödrost. Stod att det skulle vara daglig städning, men så var inte fallet. Nya handdukar 2 gånger och nya sängkläder en gång på 10 dagar. Annars bra läge i den gamla stadsdelen. Mycket trappor att gå upp och ner i varje dag.

Great location in old town. Nice clean apartment convenient to everything but beware it is up a LOT of steps. Communication issues with host caused inconvenience, and the booking did not make it clear she would accept cash only,

Great property & location. The owner was very helpful. She gave us great restaurants recommendations.

Excellent location for drop off from airport or accessing the cable car up to the top of the mountain. Can't avoid steps in Dubrovnik but close to the top and gate entrance so lugging bags a little easier. Once into town close to attractions, restaurants and wall entrance. Laundry is very close and apartment is cozy. Check in was a breeze. Owner very responsive

The location in the middle of old city is everything. So conveniently located. You can’t beat this. Super easy to get to everything. The place is cute, modern, cozy, comfortable and you feel safe. The amenities are great and they work very well. The host is very responsive and available as needed. You will need to carry your bags up and down the stairs, but that’s for all apartments in old city.

Todo estuvo muy bien, la propiedad está dentro de los muros de la ciudad así que, cerca de todo lo turístico, la propiertaria fue muy considerada ya que, el pago se hizo casi al final de la estancia en lugar de al principio, todo limpio y ordenado, excelente ubicación, volvería a quedarme en el departamento en alguna visita a Dubrovnik

Nice clean apartment. Nice and quiet street (actually it is mostly stairs on this super-steep street). The owner/caretaker, Ivana, is very helpful.
