困ったことにはすぐに対応してくれました。

地下鉄駅（ベルクール広場）も近くにあり、交通の便もよかった。朝食（ビュッフェ）の質も高く、満足度が高かった。

great location, good service

お部屋は清潔で。比較的広いので、滞在しやすかったです。 エコを意識しているのか、部屋には冷蔵庫も、ミネラルウォーターもありません。 水はフロントで、ボトルに入れて自分で部屋に持って行くことができますが、瓶が重いので、正直面倒だな…と感じました。短い滞在だったので、不便でした。

全体的にはよいホテルであったが、wifiがそこらへんのフリーwifiよりもひどかった、、、

立地、内装、サービスどれも良かったです。 旧市街も徒歩圏内で、気軽に夜景も見に行けました。

シャワーにドアやカーテンがないので不便。とにかく狭い。四つ星なんだからもっと格調高くあってほしい、ドアボーイもいなかったし、プリンタの不調でチェックアウトが滞った。朝食もリヨンなのだから、ご当地らしくもっと個性的であってよい。

4星ホテルと思えるのは歴史と立地条件のよさぐらいにしかすぎないように思えます。サービスは普通、部屋も普通、ツインベッドは凹凸がひどくて寝心地が悪く、部屋でリラックス感を味わうことはできませんでした。

地下鉄の駅に近くアクセスが良く、ショッピングやレストランの食事にも歩いて行くことができます。 スタッフもとても親切で申し分ありません。 ホテル自体は古いので、多少の不便もありますが、逆に言えば良い体験にもなります。 窓を開けても静かですし、とても快適でした。 エアコンもちゃんと付いていました。 家族で行くならば５つ星にした方が無難ですが、ある程度旅慣れた人ならばコストパフォーマンスも 良く、おすすめできます。

Love the hotel, love the location.

The only issue was that they didn’t put a bath towel in my room. And room was too small

The building and facility like the shower and the air conditioning was old and not the best

Clean- helpful staff; good location. Would recommend. They are part of a larger hospitality group. The globe didn’t have hot water when we were to check in, so they made arrangements for us to stay at another equally rated hotel in their group. They took care of all the transfer details for us. Both hotels are great. Le Phenix and The Globe & Cecil.
