The hotel has a great view, is on a hill, and is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I appreciate that coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day in the lobby lounge. However, it is a 10-15 minute walk uphill from Wengen station, so while it's not a problem for people with good legs, it was difficult for elderly people like us. It was great that they provided a free shuttle to the station to take suitcases and other items to and from the hotel. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

駅からの距離は短いが登り勾配がきつく、スーツケースを持っていると厳しい。 シャトルサービスがあるのかが不明なため歩いたが大失敗。タクシーか荷物の運搬サービスを使うべきでした。ホテルドットコムには、ランドリ設備ありの記載があるが、敷地内にはなく、駅前のホテルが町で唯一のランドリ設備。洗濯に急こう配の2往復はつらかった。ホテルの夕食は大満足です。残念ながら3泊で１食しか食べられなかったのが残念。

夕食はオプションでつけることおすすめします。外食より安くおいしいです。 部屋はきれいで広いです。ただ、私の泊まった部屋はシャワーのみ壁がなく四方カーテンで締めるのみ、受ける下も水が流れてしまい、かなり使い勝手には苦労しました。2泊は疲れました。シャワーのみでもボートがある部屋もある様なので、予約の際は聞いた方がいいと思います。

部屋から見える雪景色が最高でした。マウンテンビュータイプのお部屋がオススメです。黄色いゴンドラも景色に合っていて、とても癒されました。ゆっくりとした一人旅に大満足です！

アットホームでとてもフレンドリーなホテルです。正面ドアクローズが10時なのですが、到着が10時半になってしまう旨を伝えたら、到着までレセプションスタッフが待っていてくれました。そのときの対応がとてもフレンドリーで丁寧だったので第一印象で好きになりました。その後もいろいろと丁寧に対応してくれて妻もとても喜んでいます。部屋のテラスからユングフラウや谷越えの山々をのぞめ、山好きな私達には最高のホテルでした。ロケーションは駅からメインストリートの一番奥から坂道を登ったところで、スーツケースを引きながら歩くのは辛いです。荷物があるときな駅からタクシーを利用する方が良いです。フリーのタクシーはいないので事前にホテルスタッフにメールしてタクシー会社を教えてもらうのが得策です。

角部屋でベランダが広く、ラウターブルネン谷やブライトホルンの眺めがとても素晴らしかった。 また夕食も美味しくいただけました。

駅から少し歩きますが、高台にあり、山側からの眺望は最高です。内装もきれい。エアコンはありませんが、夏でも暖房が必要なので不要。冷蔵庫もありませんが、これも一般的。

バルコニーからのユングフラウの眺めは素晴らしかった。スタッフの対応も心温まるもので、風呂好き日本人のためにと、バスタブ付きの部屋を用意してくれた。朝食は決して華美ではないが、スイスならではのチーズ、ハムも数種類等、パンも美味しく満足だった。ヴェンゲンのゆったりとした雰囲気を味わうには良いホテルです。駅から宿までの道は少し分かりづらいので事前に確認しておく方が良い。

部屋はとても清潔で大変過ごしやすいホテルでした。　ベランダからユングフラウヨッホが眺められ、部屋にいるだけでアルプスを満喫できます。

新築間もないホテルで家具などもすべて新しく快適。バスタブ付き。朝食は広い食堂でスタッフが常に世話をしてくれ美味しかった。

We were beyond thrilled with this hotel! EVERYTHING was phenomenal- the service and staff, the common areas, the food, the room, the bathroom (with many little extras), the *views*... We were sad we had not planned our full stay at this hotel and had to switch to another. We ended up staying in 3 different towns- Wengen, Murren, and Grindelwald, and perhaps because of this hotel, but if we had to choose one location next time, it would absolutely be this one.

Great location and great staff in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Was a little warm in the days we were there and central AC or even a mini split AC unit would have gone a long way but still an awesome time!

Beautiful property with the most incredible view.

The views from the restaurant/breakfast room and from the deck are unbeatable. Overall very good hotel with great staff. Rooms are tiny but that’s not unusual in the area. Would benefit from a bit more tables for dinner on the deck.

We requested a room clean came back at 3 wasn’t touched the restaurant was poorly managed couldn’t manage outdoor dinner seating a general feeling of stress

We loved our stay here - the staff were all very friendly … everyone from the front desk - Maressa, to Luis in the dining room, to the 2 drivers ! Thank you for a lovely stay, perfect location and gorgeous setting ! Great room and view to die for !!

Great view from our room. Staff was great. Excellent restaurant. We wish the weather was a little better, but not much to do about that. ;-)

View - view from the front of the hotel is stunning. The Deck - Hotel’s restaurant which is actually a Deck overlooking mountains. It is in front, outside the hotel and is gorgeous. Staff - courteous and polite Huge shout out to - Daniel, Natalie, Pedro, Louis, John. Rooms are nice, I booked with the forest view. Mountain view rooms are more expensive. Check size of the room before booking. They have foosball table, board games, billiards table. Self laundry service for CHF 10.
