Bed sheets had stains All 7 days there was no butter for the toasts , I had to ask for it and in return all I got ( all 7 days) was spoon of margarine No salt and pepper for breakfast If you'd go after 9 am , you could kiss good bye to juice .

No ice machine available on any floors to use,staff was to get me a little bit of ice still ended up going to buy some, hallways are very hot seemed not to have any climate felt like a sauna during the day. Also my shower had very low pressure and hot water was barley any other than that staff was very helpful with anything requested.

No puedo opinar sobre el hotel porque ni tan siquiera me pude hospedar, al llegar a recepción me recibieron con la noticia de que no tenian habitaciones disponibles

El aire acondicionado está bien frío y los baños limpios y en buenas condiciones. Lo volvería a elegir sin pensarlo..

La atención del personal del hotel estuvo muy bien a nuestra llegada al hotel, la habitación 614 en buenas condiciones, solamente algunos detalles con el clima, al encenderse se le escucha un ruido como un silbido, las almohadas están muy rellenas, cómodas para ver la televisión pero para dormir muy pésimas, deberían estar menos rellenas, queda la cabeza algo inclinada, el servicio de café está muy bien y del desayuno esta excelente muy completo, y también los felicito por tener de nuevo en servicio la máquina expendedora de artículos personales y algunas botanas, solamente falta el de los refrescos o jugos.

This place is always top notch. Always clean, fresh bath towels after each use. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is outstanding. The hotel is at a great location, with a lot of stores and restaurants at walking distance. I been visiting Matamoros for over ten years, this is my favorite hotel. I recommend your stay here.
