空港から近く、レストランの食事もとても美味しかったです。新しいホテルのようで、部屋や設備もとても清潔です。ホテルゾーンで上がっているニューイヤーの花火が、窓からちょうど見えました。絶好のロケーションだったと思います。

Hotel Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The view from the swimming pool at the roof floor was wonderful.

ビーチからは遠くて、ダウンタウンからも少しある。 ホテルはフロントが少し独特な匂いがするが、客室の清掃や、プールなど高評価。 スタッフの対応もいい！ ただ、アメニティがないのが少しだけ残念

バルコニーもあり、部屋も広々としています。従業員の方も明るく親切です。 ダウンタウンから少し離れますが、ルームサービスやレストランがあるので助かりました。 毎日お水のペットボトルやコーヒーが補充されます。 バスタブはないですが、ちゃんと熱いシャワーが使えます。アメニティは無いと思った方が良いです。ATMがあるのでキャッシングが出来て助かりますが、外貨換金がホテルではできませんでした。 ハガキを出したかったのですが、ポスティングのサービスは無し。 ホテルＷIFIの環境はとても良いです。

There came the noise of steps of running treadmill in the gym located up on the third floor. Due to the gym is open 24 h, it was annoying. I stayed in the room No. 327.

客室やバスルームは清潔で過ごしやすかったです。寝る際に、寝具がシーツと薄い羽毛布団だったので、室内の気温調節がうまくできず、暑かったり寒かったりで何度も目が覚め、なかなか眠れなかったのが残念でした。朝食は別料金でしたが、満足できる品ぞろえでした。感じのよいスタッフの方でほっとしました。また、カフェラッテのオーダーをしましたが、コーヒーとミルクの配分が絶妙にうまくとてもおいしかったです。

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, die Zimmer sauber. Nur das Frühstück war wirklich schlecht, absolut inakzeptabel.

The staff at check in was very friendly. The room was very clean.

There was a long line to check in and I wasn’t able to do it online either through the Marriott app. Finally, when we got to the front they said there were no clean rooms. It took them another 15-20 minutes to clean the room. When we got in the room there were no towels. We wasted at least 35-45 minutes on something that should have taken 2-3 minutes.

The breakfast buffet is great with a lot of options, fresh and tasty. The staff speaks English very well and are thoughtful. Being connected to the hospital next door is a plus. The roof terrace with exercise room is very nice.

The management staff is the weak link for this establishment. Not at all concerned with customer service. We stayed there a total of four weeks and couldn’t wait to leave due to the problems that we had and managements unwillingness to fix them

Pool always closed. Sauna out of order. WiFi slow.
