数ヶ月前から予約していたのに、チェックインの際にその部屋に人がいるということでグレードアップを受けました。そこまではよかったのですが、その翌朝その部屋をできればでてほしいと言われ移動しました。朝食はテーブルに着いてから注文を聞き選ぶ方式でしたがとにかく待ちました。カヌーの貸し出しは有料になっていたので、今回利用しませんでした。部屋は比較的清潔ですが、写真通りの部屋ではありませんでした。結局ジュニアスイート、クイーンベッドとソファベッドという名前でとった２部屋ともツインで一部屋だけソファベッドでした。なんというか場所がいいだけにとても残念でした。

湖の前にあり、眺めはとても綺麗だった。残念だったことは、ベッドのシーツの上と枕にねずみの糞が数個ぽつぽつとあったこと。気付いたのが夜遅くてフロントがクローズしてた為部屋はかえてもらえなかった。自然の中にあるのでしょうがないが、ベッドの下や棚の下にねずみ取りがあったので、ねずみが住みついているホテルなのかもしれない。バスルームなど水周りは綺麗だった。

Excellent location next to the park with perfect lake views. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help.

Mike was a polite front desk worker but hard to get a hold of. There was coffee and water and working microwave. Inn was covered with ice—including roadway and entrance to room area. Kind of dangerous. Things were not very clean and water wasn’t hot. There is no restaurant or meal available. With some work this would be an awesome spot. I chose it for the closeness to Algonquin and activities I was doing there. For the big price you pay, not sure I would choose the Inn again

The room was very clean, welcoming and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff person who met us was very kind and pleasant also.

Couldn’t control the heat, obnoxious light right outside the glass door, horrible uncomfortable bed. I do not sleep well at all!

Room was good. Staff and amenities were good. The only downside is that source of water is from the lake. It has a yellow tinge.

Was perfect for what I needed

We enjoyed our stay, however 2 items need to be addressed. The hot water was not nearly sufficient for the in-room jacuzzi. It required waiting in half-hour intervals to get it 2/3 full (quite disappointing). Further, a door mat inside the room is needed.

Nice clean room with a lake view

Room was amazing, view was beautiful, Mike and Kai were wonderful, great time for relaxation and serenity in nature!

Upon arrival, we checked into the accommodation but left within 5–10 minutes due to the unacceptable and unsafe conditions of the property. The accommodation did not match the photos or description provided in the listing. The building appeared run-down, the furnishings were of poor quality, and the overall condition looked extremely cheap and unmaintained. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Additionally, we were informed by the staff that the water was slightly yellow due to an ongoing maintenance issue, but that it was “safe to use.” This raised serious health and safety concerns, as the water appeared visibly discolored and unsuitable for normal use. We also noticed that the locks on the room were partially broken, which made the accommodation feel unsafe and insecure. Given these issues with cleanliness, odor, water quality, and security, the property was uninhabitable and entirely different from what was advertised. We therefore decided to leave immediately after checking in.

Die Lage ist super, wenn man im Algonquin Park wandern gehen will. Das Bett hat leider bei jeder Bewegung gewackelt, so dass es schwer war zu zweit darin zu schlafen. Eine Ablagefläche mehr wäre gut gewesen zum Beispiel ein kleiner Schrank. Die Informationen, die ich vorher über Expedia erhalten habe, waren andere als die ich per Email erhalten habe. Es war etwas widersprüchlich. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich. Es gibt keine Zimmerreinigung.

Beautiful. There was a circular stain on the bedspread. Needs to be washed.

The place was dirty and has serious hygene issues, rats came to eat our food. I was woken up by the sound four time and I was having nightmares.

No heating in the room . We couldn’t sleep all night. The bathroom gets locked from outside for a wearied reason. Fridge was not working. You have to call people to open it in the middle of night. One of worst hotel we stayed. Hotel with No basic amenities
