Nice place to rest and relax. However, not a quite place if during school holidays.

Spacious room with cheapest price. Best view. Recommended

This accomodation is great. The room can accomodate more than 2 adults as it has a spacious space. They can improve some minor problem like their unaccessible in-room phone. But it is solved when the crew changed the phone set. Overall, my stay is enjoyable and I will suggest to my friends this hotel.

The room is big. Value for money. Facilities are good. Recommended.

Bilik sangat selesa, kemudahan yang sangat banyak, staf bagus, tapi makanan yang ditempah untuk dinner tidak mengikut tema, kami tidak diberi pilihan menu walaupun dah minta banyak kali, alasan dah beli barang dapur n x boleh tukar. Menu breakfst lagi sedap n pelbagai berbanding dinner. Bahagian pengurusan pelanggan perlu lebih cekap n concern hal pelanggan.

Kemudahan semua sempurna dan selesa. Lokasi stategik dan senang mencari restoran serta berdepan dengan Jetty untuk ke Pulau Pangkor. Cuma pengurusan untuk ke Coffe House waktu sarapan agak mengecewakan, kerana ramai Guests masuk tanpa kawalan dan makanan habis belum waktunya. Mintak pihak pengurusan mengawal selia, perkara ini. Apa pun tempat ini, memang terbaik untuk bercuti bersama keluarga. Memang Terbaik. Sangat mengesyorkan. Tidak mengecewakan.

1. bad transport service from jetty to hotel. They provide transport from hotel to jetty but when we want to go back hotel from jetty the excuse I received was the transport under maintenance. How come there are only one transport provided? I need to walk back to hotel by holding my sleeping baby. terrible. 2. The washroom got catchment after taking shower & my kid fall down twice in that area. 3. A lot tiny ant on the pantry.

Bilik yang luas, selesa dan bersih, makanan yang disediakan juga amat menyelerakan, sedap. Saya pasti akan berkunjung kesini lagi.

The room is prefect for family, but the facilities are lesser than we expected, anyway, my son enjoyed the pool. The breakfast has a lot of selection. It will be good if there are basic utensils ready in the kitchen, the room has a huge kitchen cabinet, but empty not even a plate.

The room is dusty and the bedsheets is dirty.

Room was great, just that I had to worry on my little kids when they are at balcony because the balcony is not very high. In-house restaurant is full with many flies, and the light device is for deco only. Better get the electric bat to get rid of the flies. The weather is extremely hot. Best time to go out and enjoy is before 11 am, and after 4 pm. The grouper fish feeding is great for the kids. It would be nice if they can construct a water stream to inside hotel with glass for kids to enjoy the nice view of the fish and fish feeding.

=) The apartment with one bedroom is spacious and clean =) In-building parking =) All staffs (from the receptionist to the waiters and waitress) are courteous and helpful. =) Selection of food are at good at RM23/pax =) Enjoyable various water sports =( The man-made beach isn't suitable for swimming and walking

2nd time staying in this resort. The first night the aircond is leaking and wetting almost half of the room. Try to use the phone to call front desk, no answer. (I don't know if the phone even working). Too tired to go down as it's almost 1 am. Go to see the desk in the morning to change room and they said they will get maintenance to fix it. After breakfast, they claim it's fixed. I went out and come back around 7pm, key card not working, need to wait for a little bit, and find out the airconditioner still leaking. Get the front desk and maintenance 'fix it again and left the dirty towel in the room. At this point, I'm already too tired to say anything. This is a stressful vacation.

Hotel maintenance poor. Needed to change room several times because door key system was faulty. Also called maintenance to repair shower hose but never came. Need to also remind the staff to replenish the food trays during breakfast.

Terdapat banyak cacing di kawasan kolam.

I booked for apartment with 3 rooms. each room was Attached with private bathroom. everything was clean. love the view from balcony where i can saw pangkor island. the location is 5 minutes walking distance to ferry terminal. there is water sport at the hotel lagoon. we go for kayaking, and renting the inflatable buoy to enjoy our evening activities.
