総合評価とレビュー Seaside All Suites Hotel

３泊連続で利用しました。 スタッフ(マネージャーと思われる男性)の対応が素晴らしかった。独立記念日という事もあり、かなら忙しそうでしたが丁寧に対応頂きました。 マイアミビーチの中心街から離れていますが、 コストパフォーマンスを考えると妥当です。 またいつか利用してマネージャーに会いたいくらいです。

キッチン・食器完備のサービスアパートメントをホテルにも利用している施設のようです。とても綺麗な部屋で気に入りました。駐車場が合計10台分しかなかったのが残念。一度路上駐車（午後6時から翌朝午前8時までは無料、午前8時から午後6時までは1時間1ドル）をすることになり、1ドル追加支払いをしました。ドライヤーがわかりにくいアイロン横に隠れていたのを最後に見つけまして、こちらも残念。ティッシュが部屋にありませんでした。

The location was great, 2 blocks from the beach. The actual room, was dingy, smelled musty, the water in the shower had issues with temperature control, found hair while drying myself with a towel, water pressure in the bathroom sinks was too much, the floors were dirty, and definitely saw a small baby roach in the tub. My best friend and I laughed thru it all and had a grand time.

All in all this is a great budget friendly option for visiting Miami if your priority is to be close to the beach. The room itself is incredibly functional. Having a kitchenette with a nice fridge really changed the game in terms of keeping our expenses low. Our only complaint is that the rooms should be better cleaned at the start of a stay especially in the bathroom where there was hair on the wall from the previous occupants. And the floor was super dusty. However the surrounding area with great local eats and proximity to the beach were awesome.

Everything was good except the smell of humidity what is frequent in South country. Close to go the beach, restaurants and shopping by walk… at a good price.

The zone is cool to find restaurants and shopping places.

Bed frame was busted for one of the bed in the room but otherwise very comfortable

Room floors were dirty, the tiles on the floor were cracked, they charge a resort fee which was not stated on the web site.

Room smelled of mildew if air conditioning wasn’t constantly running. That’s what you get in the tropics though. Room was only a block from check in location. Floors felt dirty, and there want a bath mat

Room was very clean and nice. Refrigerator and freezer with microwave and toaster. Lots of spreading around room. No onsite parking but is easy enough to navigate, although you may need to walk a couple of blocks. Easy beach, restaurant, and shopping access. Would stay here again.

I never received the proper address for the office. The room was 55° when we entered, and there was no heat. The TV in the bedroom did not work. At least the room was clean.

Great location, but terrible management. It took me 1.5 hours to check in. The wifi wasn't working for 3 days. I reported this five times, each time the person I spoke to told me this was the first they heard of it, and that it wasn't their fault. In the end, I think all they had to do was restart the wifi router. In my five trips in to the office I witness some guests with much more aggravated complaints than mine, which is to say it wasn't just me. It was a pattern. I wish I had stayed elsewhere.

Awesome updated suite!

Miami beach is wonderful, The environment around the Seaside is safe and full of commerce.

The room had not been cleaned. There was trash and a used condom on the floor. There was leftover food and roaches in the sink. Absolutely disgusting hell scape.

The hotel is not a resort but you are charged a $34 resort fee. A very noisy hotel with No parking. If you have a car you need to park in street metered parking and thats if you find a space. The place seems to have been apartments converted into a hotel and its sad to think that families were displaced so that they can rent hotel rooms.

Not as advertised. Quite literally the worst stay I've had anywhere outside of a super 8 in Washington State years ago that had blood all over the walls. Photos online made it look decent, but we arrived to find a crack shack with a paint job. Filthy floors, no linens for the second bed, broken furniture, cockroaches, no service, unreliable internet, no cleaning, dismissive management, and a resort fee for amenities that were at a seperate locarion 15 blocks away. Do not recommend. Would give zero stars if possible.

We had an amazing time. Short walk to the beach. Very close to Halouver Beach. Convenient to get to south beach. So many restaurant options. What’s not to love. It’s the perfect place to stay. Def coming back. I also loved the sense of community in the area!!!!

Need PaperTowels in Rooms

The property wasn’t something i liked . When i reached the room i found balls of hair on the floor & towels was also unfortunately dirty with stains . Besides walking distance to the beach it’s not somewhere i would stay if im actually looking to stay in .
