早朝5時にもかかわらず、空港までの送迎サービスが良かった！ホテルの近くにレストランやレンタカーショップがあり、歩いて行けて便利だった。

深夜便の飛行機に搭乗する前の休養場所として空港に近いこのホテルを選びました。 結果としてこの選択は失敗でした。 チェックインは16時ということは知っていましたが、22時にはチェックアウトする予定だったのでアーリーチェックインのリクエストメールを3度送りましたが一切お返答ありませんでした。当日フロントでお伝えしましたが、チェックインが早まることはありませんでした。 アーリーチェックインができないのなら、「できない」と返答いただきたかった。 空港送迎についての問い合わせにも返答はありませんでした。とても不誠実なホテルだと思います。 空港送迎をお願いするには、空港から電話をしないとならないのですが、空港には公衆電話がなく困りました。親切な方がいらして助けていただいたのでよかったのですが、電話ができないSIMをご契約の方は要注意です。 一部のフロントスタッフの方の対応には驚きましたgoogleの口コミに書かれているお名前の方でしたが、冷ややかで非常に不愉快な対応でした。 別の方ですが、チェックイン時に指で指され手招きされたのには驚きました。この対応も不愉快です。 お部屋の壁は薄く、話し声や咳、お水を出す音など筒抜けなので、音に敏感な方にはお勧めしません。 お掃除をされていると思うのですが、床にフォークが落ちていましたので、お掃除は充分ではないと思います。 良かった点は、使いませんでしたがお部屋に冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあったこと。 アメニティがAVEDAだったことです。 ツアーなどで利用するのであればよいと思いますが、個人で利用するには融通が利かず、快適でもないので絶対にお勧めしません。

空港への送迎バスは出口出て左手端に駐車します。 バスは白にホテル名がかいてあります。 もし見当たらなかったら電話してください。 Aurora wake up callsをリクエストできます。 宿泊当日もオーロラが出ましたが、北側川沿いの広場に出たときには　白い雲状態が揺らめくだけでした。 すぐに外に出られる準備をして待機してください。 ベランダ側は照明が明るく見えづらいかもしれません。星が出ていたら外で待機していた方が良いかも。 9/10に宿泊しましたが、すでに冬仕様になっていて、朝食はつきましたが、スーパーマーケットや博物館に5ドルで行けるシャトルバスは無く（20ドルはありました）　近くに公共のバス停もありますが日曜日は運休でしたので、歩いてフレッドマイヤー、セーフウエイに買い物に行きました。平坦な道で30分かかります。冬はおそらく道幅がわからなくなるので歩くのは危険かもしれません。 設備は古いですが、空港までのシャトルバスがあり、Aurora が出たら起こしてくれる。外にオーロラ出現を待機できる場所があるなど　オーロラを見るためにフェアバンクスを訪れる方には良いホテルだと思います。

We were really impressed in the on-site activity options and fun vibe of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, and staff was very friendly. The Aurora Discovery Institute Room was great with a lot of information about the Aurora Borealis. Even thought it is very close to the airport, it is very quiet. The airport shuttle from/to airport was fantastic, picking us up every time we needed to go to the airport. The food and drinks in the restaurant were also fantastic. We had a great time here.

Best hotel ever

It's a good place to sleep. The property is built like an Alaska theme park. Its different.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I had reservations the first 2 days of our stay because the staff was not friendly. They were not welcoming nor warming, more like condescending. We just avoided the staff. We loved the little attractions they had available. They no longer had a sauna, it was turned into a red light therapy room that is not available for usage, yet. The room was beautiful. They have an amazing collection of artwork. Breakfast was actually really good.

Best hotel in Fairbanks. Pricey, like all Fairbanks hotels, but great service and comfy rooms.

Very clean shuttle service to and from airport excellent. Dining was very good for lunch and the free breakfast was more than adequate Very friendly staff.

Everything was very outdated

The staff was beyond excellent. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable beds ( i have a very bad back). The breakfasts each morning were refreshing and tasty, and if ypu choose to dine in for supper, a short walk to the restaurant entrance and a new experience for your tasebuds starts... There are many nearby attractions to visit, and the staff have great recommendations. I definitely will be back here on my next trip to Fairbanks.

Nice place. We stayed in cabin and enjoyed it. Cleaning service was spotty. Rest of staff was very accomodating and friendly. Close to airport with all the plusses and minuses that brings. Resturant was closed due to fire so nothing to report.

Welcoming staff that let you in on the local Hotspots. Michelle with management was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of parking with so much to do like shopping on the property. Warm and inviting decor that invites you to step back in time and appreciate all the historic value they have to offer. Reindeers on the property! Sasquatch too. Movies, pool table, bocce ball, fire pits, and the World. Don't forget ice cream every night for such a wonderful experience.
