The staff at the hotel are really nice and helpful. Thanks to them, I had a good vacation!

駐車場4階からの入口がわかりにくかった。夜遅くに到着して、入口が分からず右往左往しました。 土曜と日曜の夜は近くにあるクラブからのパク音で寝られなかった。 設備は全体的に古い感じ。ソファーに前の宿泊者の爪が複数落ちていた事以外は、まあまあ清潔でした。 タオルは少し硬くて古い感じ。 大きな窓からの景色はとても良かった。 ホテルのカードがあれば、ショッピングモールに直結の通路から行けるので便利。 洗濯機（古め）があってよかったが、使い方がわかるまで、大変でした。 レンタカー屋さんがすぐそばにあり、よかった。

Did not like the very noisy nearby bull ring they use every night for extremely loud disco bar …because of that alone; I do not recommend as they make noise in very night until 3 am!!!!!

Apartamento super espaçoso, limpo e bem equipado. A localização e maravilhosa, principalmente pelo acesso direto ao shopping central e supermercado. Amei. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Equipe de funcionários atenciosos e muito simpáticos

Si es muy barato y su ubicación es muy buena , Ls vista muy bonita La limpieza bien , el personal Sl de la tarde muy amables . Yo no regresaría pues me pareció improvisada su distribución , El personal de la mañana poco amables , no asi los de la tarde . Tuve que regresar días despues pues se quedaron con mis identificaciones, me pareció poco amable que no me avisaran durante mi estancia Las almohadas no son cómodas y percibí un aroma que me sentí muy mal , como un químico , tal ves con lo que limpian Espero mis comentarios ayuden a mejorar esos detalles .

Great hotel

Our stay at Malecon Cancun lasted 2 weeks, and unfortunately this is not a place for peaceful rest. Almost every night there were loud shows, parties, and events nearby, with music and microphone announcements continuing late into the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The apartment had a beautiful view, and the service team was extremely responsive — most requests were handled within minutes, which we truly appreciated. However, there were many maintenance and comfort issues: tiny ants, a dirty and uncomfortable sofa with a bad smell, poor kitchen equipment (dull knives, no spatula, scratched pans, damaged cutting boards), very few outlets, a broken wardrobe door, and a balcony door that was extremely hard to open. There was also no drying rack despite having a washing machine. The hotel area itself feels old and poorly maintained. The infinity pool does not match the Expedia photos, with dirty glass and loose pool tiles. Overall, the view and fast service were the main positives, but the constant noise and lack of maintenance made the stay hard to enjoy.
