場所がわかりにくいのが難点ですが、宿泊数日前に来るアパートからのメールを 見逃さないようにしましょう。屋根裏部屋は4F分の階段を荷物を持って上がる必要が あるので大変です（眺望が良いわけでもありません）。 Wi-fiも問題なく使え、小さいながらもキッチンとダイニングテーブルがあり 部屋もきれいにメンテナンスされていますので、立地重視なら良いと思います。

コストパホーマンスを考えたらとても良いアパ￥トメントホテルだと思います。 オーナーも気さくな良い人です。世界遺産の城壁内にあり、ホテルからドナッド教会は目の前歩いて 2分、シーオルガンを聴きながら沈む夕陽を見る海岸までは歩いて5分と大変便利な場所にありますが、 ホテルの場所が分かりにくいかも・・・フランシスコ会修道院の裏手横そんな場所です。

Really good location close to major attractions in the city. There was a huge party with thumping base going on in a square nearby and the hotels soundproofing was insanely good. You couldn't hear a thing. Super hot showers, nice little kitchenette, although make sure you don't have a large car because getting through the narrow area to the parking is a squeeze.

If you want to be centrally located, this hotel is perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The reception was also very kind and gave us a map and explained the best spots to visit. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The room had a powerful fragrance that was overwhelming!

The apartment was nice and clean. We had a room with a slanted roof - had to watch your head but not really an issue. The apartment was in an awesome location but you won't sleep in because the church bells start ringing very early. The steps to the rooms are steep and winding - not a problem for us but may be an impediment to someone else. The parking was tight - luckily we parked at checkin time and then didn't move the car again until we checked out. Everything was within easy walking distance. The only negative was the internet connection - it was very slow and spotty.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location right in the heart of the old town minutes walk from the cathedral and Roman forum. Our room was a good size with great storage. The staff member who checked us in and out was great, really friendly and helpful and gave great advice about the city.

Clean and safe. Great for a short stay.

Awesome location and good value for money. Close to everything. Unfortunately the bed are very uncomfortable.

Muitaaaaa escada estreita o endereço é um pouco difícil de encontrar estacionar em alta temporada é praticamente impossível, principalmente próximo ao horário do pôr do sol!! Localização é muitooo boa pouco metros dos principais pontos de turismo da cidade faz tudo a pé !!

We stayed here for 1 night. The communication before we arrived was very good, with the host advising us of the best parking options. When we arrived, the host gave us some excellent information about Zadar, and not only recommended a couple of good places to eat, but also called to make reservations for us. There is parking right outside, but the entrance is super tight and the car park itself has a very uneven surface. Having said that, we got our VW T Cross rental through the gap without any damage - it did take one of us directing and one driving! The host also allowed us to park right outside, so we didn’t need to drive over the uneven surface. The room itself had a great kitchen area, with a sink, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom was compact, but had everything that was needed. The bed was comfy and we had a good sleep. The room was up a couple of flights of stairs and there is no lift. If we were to stay in Zadar again, we would definitely stay here.

Karlo was a great host. He was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with him. He was very helpful in telling us what to see in Zadar. The location of the apartments is very convenient and very close to everything to see in Zadar. I would stay here again if I had the chance.

Cute little space in the center of Old Town, easy walking to everything! Parking on the street was not really an issue - we found a space nearby and got a cheap permit to park overnight. Skinny little winding staircase to get to room(s). Easy & helpful communication with property host.
