部屋に備え付けの紅茶と数種類のビスケットが嬉しかった。駅から近くてわかりやすい。通りを渡った向かい側にTESCO EXPRESSがあり便利でした。3階の部屋で窓からノーリッジ大聖堂が見えました。夜10時から朝2時か3時頃まで楽器の演奏が聞こえてきて、少しうるさかったけど、疲れていたので眠ることができた。チェックインの時のスタッフの方は笑顔で対応してくれた。

1人旅でエンスイートダブルに3泊しました。 予約する前に口コミを見たら、「1階がナイトクラブで、深夜から音楽が鳴り響き、地響きがして眠れない！」とあったのですが、立地がいいし価格も安いのでここにしました。 騒音は想像以上でした。持っていった耳栓も役に立ちませんでした。 でも、疲れていたので結局寝ちゃいました笑 ホテルのスタッフは皆とても親切で、英語が話せない私にも笑顔で対応してくれました。嬉しかったです。 どこでも寝れる図太い神経の方には非常にお勧めです！

Handy for railway station and Rose Lane car park. Clean and comfortable. Made very welcome. Did exactly what I needed it to do.

I was welcomed warmly and helpfully by the receptionist on my arrival. The room was very basic but the bathroom was in my view unusable. I spent the first night and found my room to be cold so I slept in my clothes to stay warm. The next day I abandoned my stay as this venue did not feel safe for a single female guests with various characters around the floors and worrying noises. I accept that I paid a very low amount to stay but there are basic requirements for a stay.

Room was clean and neat Unfortunately I didn’t check previous reviews and didn’t realise the room was above a nightclub. So after 11 pm was very noisy. (And you could feel the base of the music through the floor). . This hotel is really only suited to young clubbers. It’s right in the main road, in the nightclub strip so very rowdy with cars zooming, backfiring and a lot if youngsters screaming and shouting.

We only stayed one night and it was excellent value for money. It was a Friday night so the nightclub downstairs was open but the noise didn't bother us. Room was warm with a TV and also a well stocked tea and coffee tray. The bathroom was also clean.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly. I havd been to this hotel many tines for its good value for money and the great location, the city center is within walking distance.

Broken toilet which they did fix Very noisy. No one ever around to speak to had to leave notes. Kept leaving me with only one towel when guest arrived No hot water in bathroom sink. Smell of cigarettes smoke in bathroom for first couple of days. Duvet was small so when two in bed not both were fully covered. Toilet light too sensitive kept coming on for no reason. WiFi code listed in welcome pack didn't work and couldn't scan QR code using my phone.

Apart from the fact i didnt get a lot of sleep due to the clubs music downstairs. I would of enjoyed my stay if i wasnt kept up half the night
