広くて清潔なお部屋でした。キッチン付きは便利です。スタッフの皆様も、みな親切で気持ちのいい滞在になりました。

Accessibility very good in the middle of Albaicin. Receptionist super friendly. The only regretful item was that there was no safety box in the room. Also, the lid of toilet was loose from the beginning.

坂がキツいがロケーション最高

グラナダ空港に12:30到着後、バスにゆられて30分。そこから30分ほど有名なアルバイシン地区を迷いながら辿りつきました。 今回グラナダへ来る事を決めたときアルハンブラ宮殿の予約を後回しにしてしまい、結局日本でネットを含めアルハンブラ宮殿予約をできなかった状況で来てしまいました。 ですがここのホテルの従業員さんに「アルハンブラ宮殿の予約はしてあるの？」と聞かれ、「いや実は取れなかったんだよー」と話をしたところ、提携先でしょうか電話を1本し「ここの近くのホテルにチケットがあるから受け取りに行けるよ」と案内をされ2名分のチケットをゲット！ 翌日の14時にメインの宮殿に入れるように手配をして頂きました。 予約サイトをみても2か月後まで埋まっている中でどんな方法を使ったのか、聞いてはいませんがその対応だけでも大満足！ 室内も日本でいう1LDKのような部屋で清潔・快適で申し分なく、ここを拠点にアルバイシンの町をゆっくり散策できました。 ホテル自体は非常に満足度が高いですが、スーツケースなど重い荷物を持って徒歩で移動するときはかなり根性が必要かもしれません。地図上は町の中心であるカテドラルから比較的近い場所にみえますが、余裕がある方や年配者、お子様連れのご家族などはタクシーを利用した方がいいと思います。スースケースを引くにも引きにくい石畳の地面や階段の多さ。体力には自信があるほうですがかなりキツイです。近くのホテルに移動中のイタリア人の若者3人組もかなり大変そうでした。タクシーであれば10€程あればいけると思います。 グラナダではこのホテルだけ、1泊しましたが余裕があればもっとゆっくりしていきたかったですね。

スーパーが遠かったが食料品や日用品等を注文出来るサービスがあり部屋に届けて貰えるので便利でした。

Room was clean, comfortable and stuffs are nice. Quite easy to reach Nueba square, probably 2-3 minutes, but if it will be your first time visiting this area, you'd better check the route with map beforehand. There are rooms with a view of catedral side and also there is a look out back of the apartment, you can look down catedral side. Only one thing it was inconvenient was front closes at 6pm. You can check out before 10am leaving room keys. One of the keys you will be given is for entering both your apartment unit and main entrance. We were planning to leave before 10am but we forgot to ask the procedure of checking out to stuff and somebodyelse told about the key and the procedure.

처음엔 낡은 시설에 당황했는데 오래된 유적지이고 유네스코 세계유산 지역이라 해서 기분이 좋아졌어요. 그리고 오래된 시설이지만 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어요. 리셉션에서 친절하게 안내해주셔서 불편함 없이 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 감사드려요!!

The listing was accurate. Very charming and they provided great directions on how to get to the property and parking if you have a vehicle. We did leave a day early due to the fact the WiFi/internet was so lacking we couldn’t do the work/homework that we needed to get done. Yes it would be great to completely disconnect that is not always possible and if you need internet for anything might want to book other accommodation.

Una Suite muy completa, con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, con un gran detalle, que colocan cápsulas de cafés, azúcar y hasta un litro de leche!! Un gran detalle!! Su personal es muy amable

Muito bem localizado. Espaço charmoso e aconchegante

La habitación es cómoda y el que incluya cocineta y lavadora es un valor adicional. Por supuesto sería ideal que incluyera secadora también. Un aspecto negativo es que el ruido de afuera se escucha muy fuerte y cuando hay huéspedes que hacen mucho ruido en la madrugada se vuelve difícil dormir.

A very lovely location. Quaint and peaceful. Nice, thoughtful amenities... Coffee, tea, cola Cao, washer, fridge etc. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice terrace room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking on the roads is sometimes tricky.... Cobblestone, so come prepared for that or to take a taxi.

The apartment was huge and more than enough for a group of 5. It was very clean and had a great view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful giving us recommendations and places to visit that we wouldn’t have known of. The location is very close to the center and the Alhambra. The only unfortunate thing is that we were only there 1 night and not more.

This was one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Spain. We are a family of four (with two kids) and stayed for two nights. The location is excellent—easy to get around, with stunning views overlooking the city centre and the cathedral. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having a terrace with a patio table and chairs. There is also a parking garage that is surprisingly spacious and clean, especially considering the narrow alleys you drive through to reach the property. The parking fee is reasonable at €14 per night. Anna at the front desk was very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely come back. We will also recommend this place to our friends. The only minor issue was that the internet speed was a bit slow.

Need to fix a leak in the 2nd floor toilet. Keeps opening the valve every hour. Fixing will minimize water waste.

Endroit parfait pour s'imprégner de la vieille ville et visiter Grenade. Tout ou presque peut se faire à pied, prévoyez cependant emprunter des escaliers et monter des pentes. L'appartement ést propre et bien entretenu. Le service est impeccable. J'y reviendrais sans hésiter.

The room was very nice and was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 day stay. Location was perfect to see the sights. We had rented a car and drove to this location, the roads were tight which was expected but they had a large garage next door to park our car. Staff was amazing and were very helpfull upon arrival explaining, in English, all the great sites to see and how to get to them. Public transit was close bye.
