We stayed there on a Saturday night. The guy at the front desk and the staff at the restaurant next to the hotel were all very friendly and helpful.

Just incredibly poor service and facility of the hotel. The reception staff are not well trained and not friendly at all. The hotel quality, room quality and hotel facility are all below standard as 3-Star hotel !! No swimming pool and fitness room, no business centre. Not recommendable at all.

Très bon accueil avec toutes les informations nécessaires. Chambre supérieure 19 grande et bien équipée. Parking juste devant. Restaurants sur place et à proximité. Le petit déjeuner en chambre se résume à des céréales et barre de céréales avec bouilloire pour le thé et café. A une vingtaine de minutes du centre d'Adelaïde. Hôtel pour gamer avec jeux sur place.

Spacious room, pleasant staff.

The roast beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding was cold. The pudding was miniscule. The beef was the tail end of one joint and the first end of the next. It tried to make up for quality with quantity and failed

Superior room was spacious and comfortable. There were no issues in shortening my stay by a day. Front desk, bar and restaurant staff courteous. Good food options at the restaurant.

Air conditioning perfect.the bar fridge was well stocked although we did not use it.

Teppich verschmutzt, Zimmer roch unangenehm, das Frühstück war ein Witz, Bad total unpraktisch, kein einziges Fenster zum Öffnen oder Rausschauen im gesamten Appartement. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Nice, clean, modern room but mattress could do with replacement. Sportsbar, locals were lively and welcoming. Meal was lovely. A nice asortment for continetal breakfast that was in the room and included in the cost. Third time ihave stayed here and would stay again.

Room was good

Clean and pleasant room, food excellent in the restaurant, only problem due to a a blocked drain adjacent to the superior rooms (numbers 24,25,26 and an unlevel carpark surface causing significant pooling of water deep enough to cover your footwear, which does not drain away adequately. According to staff it is even worse in winter! This could easily be remidied if management is willing to address this issue.
