国か州の法律で決まっているのかもしれないが、併設されたモールの閉店が22時でホテル内のバーも23時には閉まるのでお酒が飲めないのが残念でした。 スタッフの方々はみな愛想もよく親切で、よく雑談もしたし、ホテル外のおすすめレストランも教えてくれました。

スタッフの仕事ぶりは、さすが5つ星。 ショッピングモール隣接で、買い物に便利。 朝食ビュッフェがとてもおいしい。 プール、ジムが充実している。 ホテルの落ち度ではないが、隣室が深夜、早朝、時間を問わず、隣まで響く大音量で音楽を流し、度々睡眠を妨害された。インドではよくあることで、どのホテルに泊まってもこれで悩まされる。マリオットのベッドは寝心地いいのに残念だ。

快適に過ごす事が出来ました。街の中心部にあり、隣にショッピングモールがありますが、時間がなく訪問は出来ませんでしたが、大変綺麗な外観です。

ショッピングモールに隣接しており、ちょっとした買物などがとても便利。フォートコーチンに行く際は、ウーバーやメトロを利用すれば、それほど不便ではない。朝ごはんは、種類が豊富でおいしい。とても快適に過ごすことができた。

設備は新しいがホスピタリティーはMarriottの歴史があるので、とても居心地がよかった。アルコールの提供が全くないが、ホテルの評価を減らすことではない。観光でもビジネスでも充分に楽しめるホテルでした。簡潔に書きましたが、十分にホテルを評価できていると思います。

コチ市には空港近くと市内の2カ所にマリオットホテルがあるが今回は交通の便利そうな新しいマリオットに宿泊、LULU モールと隣接して買い物が便利だがどういう訳かお酒を全くおいていなく酒飲み の小生にとって次回はHOLIIDAY INNか Radisson Bulに泊まりたい

コーチン空港発の飛行機に乗るため、宿泊しました。 目の前にLuluショッピングモールがあり、カートで送迎してくれますので、近場で十分買い物が楽しめます。 部屋は非常に快適です。 気になる点としては、日本人なのでバスルームにバスタブが無い点と個人的にはベッドが少し柔らかすぎるくらいでしょうか。 ディナーブッフェは食べごたえがあります。インド料理もおいしいですが、西洋料理もなかなかのレベルでした。デザートも多く、プリンは濃厚でお勧めです。 インドの地方都市に在ってもさすがはマリオットです。

住宅街に近く観光地からはかなり離れているので拠点にはしづらいですが、逆に落ち着いたエリアで、観光地のしつこさからは解放されます。スタッフは全員しっかりくんれ訓練されていてドアボーイに至るまでとても親切かつプロ意識が高いです。朝食もローカルフードは一つ一つ丁寧に説明してくれます。また来たいです。

I have a love hate for this hotel. The property is absolutely gorgeous but the problem I run into is the downstairs kitchen. The cooks down there can not even cook an egg properly. Everyday I have to send food back because it is raw, overcooked, or the wrong food. The Cassava restaurant is very very nice and they will cater to whatever you desire with a good selection of fresh caught food. But the downstairs restaurant is consistently mismanaged. One day i was eating a salad and it had a rock in it. I almost broke my tooth. One day I had to send my eggs back three times. This has been an ongoing problem since the last time I visited. I recommend visiting this hotel but avoid the buffet restaurant at all cost if possible.

Breakfast was awesome, hotel is located in a very convenient spot, all staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room is clean and excellent.

This is a nice hotel. I am giving a 4 star review because when I had requested to use the business center, the front desk just employee sent me to an upper floor without telling me where to go and without providing me the password for the computer in the business center.

Free shuttle to international airport. Good service for a 3 minute drive. Mediocre service. Restaurant wait staff poor. Restaurant A/c not working properly for three days , two nights I was there. Room A/c fan ran all the time-Loudly. Off or cold were the two temperatures. Noisy. NOTE ROOMS ARE NOT SOUNDPROOFED AS ADVERTISED. Generous but unnecessary built in cupboard doors bang in the room and surrounding rooms waking middle of the night and early morning as people leave for airport. Limited western food. Included breakfast mediocre—4 Raw or hard cooked poached eggs only—cook did it know better. And, in India mind you, they could not figure out how to bring a teapot of boiling, not tepid water with a creamer, small jug of cold milk for me and my decaf teabag. Buffet food over cooked and mediocre taste. Morning f pastries cold and old or previously frozen. Huge toaster that either burned toast or only cooked one side. Marriot needs to try harder here and give staff better training or fire the management.

Stayed here for a couple nights whilst visiting Kochi. The rooms, facilities and staff were excellent. Importantly bed and pillows were comfortable for a good nights rest.

Our anniversary celebration at the Kochi Marriott was an experience we will always cherish. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to mark a special occasion in style. We look forward to returning for many more celebrations in the future.
