The 3rd floor apartment was clean and vary nice. Our o ly complaint was that we could not get the air co ditioning to work. The mini split would.not cool the apartment. Had a couple.of night with 26 degree room temperature.

Our second 10-nights' stay at Suites sur le Lac Superieur, and we loved it! What's to love: - amazing views of the lake and the nature, - tranquility, - spacious, clean 2-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms - ensuite with bathtub and second bathroom with shower, - well stocked kitchen with beautiful views, - practical with washer/dryer for longer stays, - very clean, - spacious balcony with electrical BBQ. Extra bonus: - included activities at Club de la Pointe (kayaks, pedal boards, canoe) to use for free :) - lawn tennis, volleyball, small gym, board games, dock / platform to jump into/swim in the lake, seasonal pool (was not open yet during our stay), sun loungers along the lake front to read a book and enjoy the nature :) There is a local grocery store right on the property, which has basic necessities, fresh produce, some ready-to-eat meals and coffees. Minor points to be aware of: - bring your own spices, coffee, tea and other essentials if you are planning to cook as well as parchment paper and plastic wrap (there was aluminum foil in the kitchen); - there is an A/C in the living/ dining room/ kitchen area, which cools down the bedrooms if you leave the doors open, however, might not be enough during mid-summer heat waves. We were comfortable in early June. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would come back again!

Everything was more than I expected, The place is very calm which is what I was looking for and very clean as well...I was highly satisfied

The property was clean and well maintained with all amenities. The check-in and checkout was seamless.

The Positives: The property's location is absolutely perfect. The kitchen is very well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware, so you don’t need to bring anything from home. We also appreciated having a designated parking spot, and the tennis court was open for use. The Negatives: Communication: Before booking, responses from both the host or booking partners were prompt. After we booked, however, communication dropped to zero. I sent 2–3 emails with photos showing the filthy balcony (which had meat pieces on the floor) and the uncleaned BBQ, but never received a reply. When I tried calling the emergency or general phone number, the system forced me to send an email instead of allowing me to speak to anyone. Surprise Fees: A major red flag occurred immediately after the cancellation window closed—the owner suddenly insisted on either a security deposit or buy insurance. This additional cost was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking, which felt deceptive. Amenities & Cleanliness: The pool was closed during our stay, and the entertainment room was full of dust. If you are traveling with kids, I highly recommend taking the insurance, as some items in the unit are very fragile and require careful handling. Overall: A fantastic location and a well-stocked kitchen are let down by poor communication, hidden costs, and unclean balcony.

Overall, we were happy with our stay and the experience provided by the hotel. However, a couple of issues significantly impacted our comfort. First, the air conditioning was not powerful enough for the size of the apartment, leaving our room consistently around 26.5°C, very hot in June. Sleeping was quite uncomfortable due to the heat and humidity, and we could not sleep in the master bedroom as it was too far from the wall A/C. When we raised this on day one, we were told it was functioning as intended. Additionally, we noticed that the paths around the amenities were full of animal manure and weren't being cleaned up. It’s a lovely property, but the lack of proper climate control and grounds maintenance unfortunately took away from the experience.

Very clean easy parking and just an amazing experience unit was just as pictured all that I imagined and more wonderful stay will stay agin if I ever travel back to the area

On Arrival I had Problems and there was no onsite service. Other than that, everything was wonderful. It was clean, a great view and the amenities were top of the line.

Parking was very convenient, with a designated parking spot corresponding to our room number. The convenience store nearby had almost everything we needed, including food and cleaning supplies, and the prices were reasonable. Since the check-in process was self-service, we did not have any direct interaction with the staff. The room was spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped, even including cooking oil. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this property. I have two small suggestions for improvement: 1. Please inspect the bed linens a bit more carefully. Although they were clearly washed and clean, we noticed a few hairs left behind after laundering that could have been removed. 2. It may be worth checking the bed frame and support structure, as it made some creaking noises when turning over during sleep. Other than these minor issues, our stay was excellent, and we would gladly stay here again.

It was a fabulous property. We hiked and had lovely family dinners. Quiet off season, but everything was lively

This place was super clean it was amazing and the lac view was breathless. Checking in was easy and check out was easy as well we will for sure be coming back

Clean as always ,nice and calm

it was our second stay at the place. we were happy first time and expected the same this time. but unfortunately club amenities were not available: gym, kayak rentals, table tennis, arcade room- everything was closed and there was no info about that. In addition some of the dishware was not quite clean. all this left us with a sour taste, but otherwise great place to stay

Overall experience + local grocery store + Bistro loch at walking distance from the suite
