Dirty

Property was poorly kept. Lots of broken items such as doors, door knobs, exit lights broken.Had three pots, pans to cook and with, property photographs did not accurately represent the accommodations. Kitchen different, bedrooms have no balcony Was a disappointment- property did have easy access to the beach and a pool that was clean and easily accessible.

Room had areas that were dusty. Front door did not open, had to push it open. Sliding glass doors is very hard to open. House keeping was requested to come 2 times and they never showed up. The view of the room was perfect. I liked that it had indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi.

We didn't find the parking pass for 3 days. Finally found it on top of the refrigerator. We didn't have any housekeeping services. The website site said there were laundry facilities on property, but we couldn't find any and there was no one to ask. Everything thing was locked and you need a key card to get into like the pool. We only had a code to get into our room. We had access to the beach and our room.

Suites at the Beach was very accommodating and responsive. Their host Palms Resort was rude.

I was really excited to book this vacation, but what I booked and what I got were two different things. Was definitely disappointed on how small and crammed my condo was. When booking it showed washer and dryer in room spacious kitchen and when I open my door, I felt like I was catfished. No washer and dryer didn’t have toilet paper to last 2 days. Had to go buy some. Numerous attempts of contacting front desk was told did not start our room. Contact with the lady that checked me in via text message and she said Housekeeping was not available 24 hours. It was day five of our seven day stay house keeping showed with toilet paper and inadequate amount of towels for the people we had. The room served its purpose, but definitely was not worth the amount I paid.

It was clean. The view was spectacular. The beachfront was amazing. Walking the beachfront every morning and evening, you could walk for miles.

I think people really overreacted about this property. People were nice so was the staff our room was great we had plenty of towels and paler towels. The view was great had the coach turn into a sofa and another bed that could be pull of the bed and then the two main beds. I slept like a baby I don’t think this property is as bad as other make it out to be would definitely stay here again!

Loved this vacay! This is a cute and cozy condo! Do recommend and will be returning!

Mixed feelings about this property. It was really nice on the inside. The floors and living areas for the condo we used were lovely. However, the tub didn’t drain, the handle on the faucet in the shower was broken, although we could see the floor was wet from being mopped, when we swept, we got up a lot of dust and dirt. It looked like the people mopped, but didn’t sweep up first. There was not a complete set of dishes or glasses. There was one tall glass, one short glass, one wine glass, 5 mugs. Some of the utensils in the drawer had dried food on them, again, like they were put into the dishwasher but weren’t checked before they were placed back in the drawer. For the money we paid, I really expected much better. We were greeted by smelly trash in the hallway from neighbors and then…roaches. The balcony was amazing and so was the view. I just wouldn’t stay there again.

The suite was larger then expected. Had an indoor & outdoor pool. Family had a wonderful time. For the cost the place was awesome. Definitely recommend to anyone. Will be booking for next year ASAP!

The beds had bricks holding them up and no tissues in the bathroom. One bed was tilting down on one side. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location and the view from the room was amazing. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The only thing was bathroom and shower seems still under construction. Shower got clogged whole time and needs to be fixed. Other than bathroom, every was great.

If i could give negative stars i would! There was no linen took foever to get it! Things falling apart! Couldnt get towels. Customer service was awful. And the room had ROACHES when addressing this with them they didnt offer to move us said they would send somwone to spray but when we arrived back that night there were still bugs we left but so reply or appologies no refunds offered or room change offered. Then no response to text messages since thats how THEY wanted to communicate and no one answering calls. Very upset!😡

It was horrible the beds you might as well say, you are sleeping on cardboard. The mattresses were so thin and no mattress protector on the beds, Had do you use to pull out couch? That was even worse. There were stains on the couch under the cushions, they just flipped them over. No phone in the room. Also we would ask for towls and I feel they waited until we left to come into our room after it said, (Do Not Disturb) on the door handle. Also, when we got up to our room there was a line of white stuff next to our neighbors Door which that means they had bed bugs I believe. There was Ashes in our her sink. The refrigerator wasn't clean. The microwave was nasty. They had five pools and the only one that really worked was the one big one inside and the outside tub. The other three Hot tubs were either cold or not enough water and nasty looking. Also, they had no towels in the pool area. They told us we had to take ours from our room. Also, the smoke detectors were pushed in to the walls and broken, which was unsafe for there customers.

Sofa had stains, beds were in rough condition sheets and pillows dirty. Bathroom not cleaned and no toilet paper. Got in late and Left after one night.

Rooms were very clean good view had very good time there thanks

The property is due for an overhaul, it's outdated, Fans have built up dust on them. Problems with water, but they did come deal wth that immediately. The woman I dealt wth wth my phone calls and texts, was always in communication wth me, which is a great thing. The balcony was great though to sit there outside, enjoying the water.
