フロントは、時間帯によりフランス語のみの方と、英語も話せる方でした。フランス語のみの方とは、ほぼ英語が通じませんが、翻訳サイトを使って、こちらの質問に根気よく対応してくださるなど、本当に助かりました。 普通のホテルですが、カーン城がすぐ近くで、マルシェが行われる通りも目の前でした。朝食のフランスパンはすっごく美味しかったです。

予約した一部屋４つベッドがダブルブッキングで、2部屋に分かれて泊まるハメに。家族で小さい子連れだったので、4人で狭い部屋で過ごし、寝るときは別に。荷物も分散で大変だった。しかもフロントはダブルブッキングを抗議すると、空いてないんだから仕方ないじゃない？みたいな感じで、面倒な顔をされた。

カーンの中心で駅からも近いのでロケーションは良いと思います。部屋については二つ星ならこんなものかなという感じ。必要最低限のものはそろっていますがシャワーなど水回りでは少し苦労しました。ちょっとした手違いがあってやや残念な思いをしたので評価は少し低めですが一泊とか短い滞在ならまた使うかもしれません。

The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. However, the shower cubicle was very small and the breakfast a bit carbohydrate heavy.

This was perfect from before we booked in. The young women at Réception was the most kindest , professional amd helpful person. Every hotel needs staff like this . Tp be fair all the staff were very polite and helpful. We were allocated a parking space for our car with a charger. Allocated a beautiful renovated room on fourth floor . Yes the left is smaller but it worked well and most of the time we used the stairs . The room was so clean , other than a kettle it had everything. Shower room immaculate and perfectly sized. Bed so comfortable. It was warm but we turned off heating and opened window for a bit . Breakfast was too much for us, it beat us . Loved this hotel and its position right by centre , place vaugeux and the tram was right outside .

Quarto limpo mas pequeno sem local para malas, sem ar condicionado, sem cofre nem frigobar. Banheiro pequeno (boxe diminuto) e vaso sanitário separado em outro local (um cubículo com a porta enfrente a cama!). Elevador pequeno, só cabiam 2 pessoas. Café da manha fraco, à la carte. Equipe muito simpática.

Tout s’est bien passé. La chambre était propre, le petit déjeuner copieux.

We had a good stay here in Caen. They offered a nice breakfast of pastries. Parking was very difficult to find on the street, especially with a market coming in the morning so spots were limited.

Bon accueil, Parking payant à 150 mètres ou proposé par l'hôtel à 12 euros la journée, très bien situé en centre ville aux pieds du château, idéal pour y faire des balades touristiques

Pour que cela soit parfait, il aurait fallu que la chambre soit mieux chauffée et surtout , mettre l'accent sur le petit dejeuner. Avoir un tel petit dejeuner quand on est en Normandie et à côté d'un tel terroir n'est pas acceptable. Je l'ai pris tous les jours à l'extérieur.

Pratique pour visiter caen

Le personnel est formidable ( surtout celui de nuit). L’hôtel est très bien placé proche de toute commodité. En revanche très déçu par le petit déjeuner, bien que qualitatif, nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux en terme de choix, la concurrence fait beaucoup mieux,Nous avons même annulé celui du deuxième jour.

Personnel sympa et croissants magnifiques au petit déjeuner.

Great place and great staff. Everything walking distance

It was a nice hotel. It looked like it had been remodeled recently. Our room was spacious. I know AC is not a big thing in Europe but given that the rooms look like they had recently been renovated I was a little surprised that they had not added AC. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the staff helpful. It was close to a nice area with plenty of restaurants and although we didn't get to see it while it was open, the castle was nearby.

Superbe accueil, endroit calme. Très bien dormi, la literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très convenable, mais un peu trop pour moi.

Great location, newly renovated room, nice and clean.

Very good hotel, the location is excellent which right in the center. Close to all places you want to go. You if you drive here, public packing is available, only 2-3 mins walk. Price is also reasonable if you plan to pack over night. I only paid 30 Euro for 3 days.
