受付スタッフの対応は素晴らしく、とても親切でした。 部屋は快適でしたが、アリがいました。少なくとも週に一度は駆除していれば防げたはずです。 しかし、私がこの問題について話すと、スタッフはすぐに対応してくれました。受付スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。 チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に荷物を預け、食べ物を冷蔵庫に入れておいてもらうこともできました。 可能であれば、バスルームに蚊帳を設置することをお勧めします。 部屋は静かだったはずですが、残念ながらスタッフルームの隣だったので、スタッフは頻繁にドアを開けっぱなしにし、朝から大声で怒鳴り散らしたり、ビデオ通話や電話での会話を大声で聞いていました。 静かな方が喜ばれる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんので、ご注意ください。 スタッフが休憩できるスペースがない場合は、部屋の隣にではなく、別の場所に休憩スペースを設けることをお勧めします。 私が到着した時、シャワーホースも壊れていました。ハンドシャワーを使いたいのですが、スチール部分がすべて壊れていて、ゴムの部分を握るしかありませんでした。バスルームをよくご確認ください。

Location of the hotel is smack at city center, nearby a lot of famous eateries the renovation of the hotel seems very classic style, the elevator is also old style but the room is spacious and the water pressure is good. They put a piece of glass to segregate the shower and the toilet bowl to prevent it from getting wet which is thoughtful. There are free parking available at the back of the hotel but very limited so better to download park@perak app to park at public parking. The downside is it gets very noisy at the middle of the night for no reason overall satisfied but not great.

The staff very helpful & friendly. They can give u recommendations for places to go & eat. The room clean, tidy & big. Overall everything was awesome!
