Beautiful hotel. Food was delicious. Parking was excellent. Staff was wonderful. Truly five stars.

El personal amable y atento si preguntabas algo te lo explicaban amablemente y las habitaciones confortables y cómodas

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y vengo desde Honduras.

Hotel bien situado y bien comunicado en las afueras de Lugo, sin problemas de estacionamiento ni ruidos. La habitación asignada resultó ser bastante espaciosa. El desayuno buffet es bastante completo.

El desayuno muy baja calidad

Coincidimos con un grupo grande de mayores y nos tuvieron mucho tiempo esperando a ser atendidos en el desayuno. Nosotros esperamos turno, pero cuando ya nos tocaba, atendieron primeramente al grupo completo. poca amabilidad. Esto fue solo en la restauración. en cambio en recepción y habitaciones, todo muy correcto.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Lugo. Convenient to get into town or to access highways out of town. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a good experience!

A solid hotel with a good restaurant

Staff very friendly. Room was really good. Thou you are out of town the bus was so easy & at €0.64 per person excellent value. There was a wedding there & personally i would like to have been told as we were tired & would have liked to have been able to go to sleep early. Better night the next night.

Hotel cerca de Lugo estupendo, limpio, instalaciones nuevas, desayuno estupendo. El único pero es un poco de exceso de calor en la habitación, pero abriendo la ventana solucionamos fácil.

First stay since pandemic and still my favourite. On Lugo outskirts the access by car is fantastic. The motorways allow movement without havingto go through Lugo. Great service, great breakfast, cafe and restaurant and there is plentiful parking. Staff are so nice and helpful. Highly recommend
