夜中の3時に警報が鳴り、「緊急事態なので速やかに避難」のアナウンスも鳴り、眠い目をこすりながら不安な面持ちで客室からゾロゾロ外へ避難しました。10階から子供を抱えて非常階段で降りてきてた人も沢山いました。駐車場で待機する私達はなんらかの説明や指示を期待してましたが、ホテル側のスタッフは誰1人現れず、1時間近く経って何の匂いもなく、消防車も現れず、何もないと判断しまたゾロゾロと建物に戻りました。次の日の朝チェックアウトの際説明を求めると、マネージャーはその件について寝耳に水で、確認後の説明も「スーパーバイザー2名が確認して対応してた」とのこと。あんなにたくさんの人が外で待ってたのにスタッフに気がつかない訳はなく、結局誰も状況が分かっていなかったのです。これが本当の火災だったらどうなってたのでしょう。そして私達が初めてその件を聞いた客だと言われましたが、恐らくその時間に起こされ遅くまで寝ることになった客も沢山いたのでしょう。 緊急事態への対応があまりにも酷く、セキュリティスタッフを見かけることもなく、状況の把握もできず、その後の説明もない。ひどいです。 ホテル自体は昔の田舎のリゾートホテルという感じです。

Perkins restaurant, and tomo restaurant.

Check in was absolutely terrible . Did early check in .. was in line 20 minutes at 10 am . Received a text the room was ready at 4:00. Went to desk to get the key as the text stated. .. and was told I had to stand in line again (45 minutes) to get my key. I already checked in and was paid in full .

It was very nice and convenient for the parks and beach. However it’s a little bit run down and for the price, you don’t get anything. I didn’t even have a coffee machine in my room and the ran on our air conditioning sounded like it was working over time.

No coffee pots in your room. And the only coffee available was in a restaurant or Starbucks and prices were ridiculous.

For the price of the room it was not up to par things were dusty, black mold in bath tub, the automatic door where you swipe your key card stoped working and we were locked out of our room for an hour front desk staff was clueless how to help and the maintenance guy was from CP Park not the hotel and he thankfully used a breaker bar to get us in the room but still had to wait till next morning for them to replace batteries so the door would work. Was all a mess and again for the cost to stay there it should have not even happened needless to say in the future I will save my $$ and stay off CP property because I can get a room for $100 with the same quality as the one I paid $400 for and thats just the room.

Walking distance to CP!

First trip to Cedar Point and first stay the Breakers. It was wonderful. We’ll be back.

Overall, good! Beautiful room, nice environment, kid friendly. Staff at check in desk is good, the other floating staff seem confused and unsure. Had to walk around for a while because the indoor pool was closed, and no one knew where the outdoor pool that was open would be. We lost about 30 minutes due to this, but also had the chance to walk the property.

Amazing time. Whole family loved never. Not a bad word to be said. Awesome stay!

Small small small room for the price .. the workout facility was tiny and no weight, both bikes broken and it’s really a tiny space, wait staff at TGI WAS horrible .. save your money and stay elsewhere

Phone did not work in room. Very inconvenient. Could not contact front desk, valet service, restaurants on site.. not to mention safety factor. Every hotel room needs to offer a phone to the guest, with direct line to the front desk,

Loved the Balcony. Need more walk in shower accommodations for seniors.

Overall was a great experience. A few issues with the room but we'd definitely go back.
