ホテルのレストランは最高によい。料理もワインも完璧です。 ホテルスタッフの対応は良く、笑顔も素敵でした。環境は静かで、スパも利用しましたがサウナもありリラックスできます。お城のホテルですが客室は現代的で清潔な部屋でした。自転車の貸し出しは無料で、助かりました。ムルソーへ訪問の際はまた、利用したいホテルです。

Wonderful chateau and very kind people

Notre séjour c'est bien passé, mais je suis resté déçu par la qualité de l'hôtel L'hôtel en extérieur , ancienne bâtisse , très belle, mais l'intérieur ne va pas avec l'extérieur Je pensait trouve à l'intérieur le charme de l'extérieur . Le prix des chambres très cher , chambre pas de déco, fade et revêtement aux sols , pas digne d'un château Un peu déçu

The property pictures don’t represent the current more weathered conditions. The room wasn’t as charming as the images. The restaurant was very good but the spa was mediocre at best.

Lovely looking chateaux from the outside- great staff . Nice pool and spa . Unfortunately the inside of the property doesn’t have the character remaining in most of the rooms , and some of the decor is odd and not in keeping with the standard of finish I would expect in such an elegant building . Had a nice stay though , and all the staff were hard working and very attentive

Very comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower, beautiful spa, delicious breakfast buffet, staff very friendly and accommodating

Expensive Property with adequate but not luxurious rooms. Quality of furnishings in bedroom again adequate but everything is the basic requirement nothing more. Staff were very nice and helpful, there is Spa & Pool which was good. Overall 7/10 but don’t expect luxury.

Gorgeous spot in Mersault - fabulous breakfast - amazing view from room with incredible patio.

All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. In particular, we felt Yanni provided particularly exceptional service. We would highly recommend the dinner at the hotel restaurant as it was the best meal we have had in France.!

The response to the remark that the beds are in a disastrous condition and the mattresses are completely saggy is smug: "After all, it's a special kind of massage."

Chambre dans les combles surface au dessus 1,80m trop petite, Lit pour une personne adulte trop petit 1,10 ou 1,20m de large, Chaînette de la porte cassée en 2, Clim réversible hors service - bruit de pâle qui tourne bruyamment, Insonorisation du toit non faite lorsqu’il pleut gêne fortement le sommeil, Aération ventilation inexistante ou hors service condensation sur les vitres de la chambre, Pomme de douche qui fuit, Trace de calcaire dans la cuve des WC, Des cheveux sur le sol de la douche, Horaire pour le petit déjeuner limité à 10h30, Obligée de faire une réclamation pour changer de chambre le lendemain aucune proposition de la réception le jour même ni le lendemain. Personnel peu avenant, plus particulièrement la jeune femme avec qui je me suis fâchée pour changer de chambre et la femme du petit déjeuner peu aimable. Établissement fort peu agréable aussi bien en confort ainsi que le personnel fort peu aimable.

Personnel très agréable et compétent

We only stayed at the property for one night. I will definitely be back, the property is beautiful and well maintained. I was telling my husband that we need to go back in spring or fall.
