Rooms are small, party going on every weekend. Room is not sound proof. Not as advertised

We need a place close by an event was attending,so we didn't need to travel that late at night

A C sounded like a small plane taking off didnt get much sleep

Very Clean Motel!!!

The rooms had clearly been recently renovated, with a fresh design and really clean look. And the cleaning staff had the room spotless. We will definitely stay there again.

Next to a noisy event space especially on a Saturday night that was live unit 2am

The property was fine for our needs. The room was clean, but smaller than I would have expected, and had no closet. For what we payed, not worth the price, however on Long Island in such short notice, during the busy wedding season, appreciate the stay and understand the pricing. For a motel stay, would recommend.

Safe, clean, no frills, good toiletries, not the worst motel, recommend if you’re in need of a cheaper than the general area place to sleep.

Me cobraron de mi habitación 140 dolares y me dijo que 100 mas seria de garantía al día siguiente me dijeron que los 100 dolares me cargarian de regreso a mi tarjeta ya an pasado 7 dias y no lo an echo sigo esperando es la,segunda vez que me hacen lomismo la primera vez nunca me regeesaron mi dinero y esta vez igual se roban el dinero de los clientes

Decent motel

Room was just big enough to fit King size bed. No closet space. Management was nice

I was not expecting the $100 security deposit. Staff was very rude regarding that. Room was extremely small. There was no where to hang things up and my heat didn’t work. I will say the bathroom was nice.

Nice hotel right on highway 112 not far from downtown Patchogue.

Room was very small showed jacuzzi tub was only a shower when arrived there was about 10 cars in the parking lot went out to dinner party came back parking lot was full very noisy catering wheel right next to it and let them Park in the lot when woke up there was only 10 cars in parking lot paid $200 for $100 hotel

Fine room for a night or two stay. Clean, nice bed. Could use a place to hang you coat.

Crazy noisy all night long due to property nearby playing club music

It was not worth of the money.

Very convenient, clean, reasonably priced.
