Très bien.

Nous avons aimé énormément, nous y retournerons, ça c'est certain. Nous avons grandement apprécié le service entièrement en français et la clientèle francophone contrairement à ce que nous avions vécu l'an dernier, au Lindberg.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Temperature controls didn’t work.

Des ascenseurs hors fonctions et la ventilation fonctionnait plus ou moins.

bien, sauf les ascenceurs qui ont cessé de fonctionner de la nuit de samedi à dimanche

Ascenseur défectueux j'ai dû monter les marches.

Très déçue que l'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et la chaleur nous a empêché de dormir.

It was SO HOT in the room. Easily 25+ Celsius each night. Thermostat did not work and the only solution provided by maintenance was to “leave the balcony door open”. Terrible when trying to sleep. Front deck staff and housekeeping were nice. Cosmos restaurant was good. Overall, clean hotel room and nice enough. Close to the mall. Unfortunately, would not stay again unless their heating/cooling issues were sorted.

Nice hotel. Feels like it should be on a beach somewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good!

Chambre de qualité moyenne et construction à proximité. Pour le reste, c'est parfait.

We were a bit disappointed by our stay. The garage was filthy, the sink didn't drain well and front desk told us to walk in the rain to the gas station if we wanted bottled water because all their machines were out. Not impressed. The room itself was ok and the location was convenient for us.

Il y avait une odeur de cigarette dans la suite . Nous étions la dernière chambres de l’étage et le bruit des fans sur le toit était très bruyant

Les chambres pourrait être upgrade

The room was at 26 degree, while set for 19 degree, even opening the window on a cool night reduced it to only 24. But place is nice, staff was fast at réception. But when one person is already sleeping I could not request another room. So I am the one that could not sleep in the heat.
