朝開催されるガンジス川沿いのウォーキングやヨガクラスが無料で参加出来て良かった。 プールからガンジス川が眺められる絶好なロケーションは最高だった。部屋にある無料のボトル入りの水も柔らかくて美味しかった。料理もそこそこ美味しくスタッフの対応もフレンドリーだった。部屋の内装は若干古くガンジス川もみえなかったがこの場所なら申し分なし。

Very good point

Aloha On The Ganges impressed me from the start because of the staff. I was greeted kindly, felt welcomed, and was shown the resort amenities by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff person. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately, often with someone coming right to my door whether to deliver a requested item or to pick up clothes for washing or to replace a broken item. I enjoyed the meals and found the wait staff willing to help me understand the dishes and suggest things I might like. They even made a box breakfast for me the morning I had to leave early. The spa and gift shops were of high quality, and again, staffed with friendly helpful people. The view of the Himalayan foothills and the Ganges river were extraordinary and access to the water was easy. I highly recommend this resort for cleanliness, attentiveness, and quality of things to do.

Amazing place

Overall great experience in terms of location, ambience and service. Food is excellent at the Patio restaurant. Many regional specialties at the breakfast as well.

Terrible experience. No guest or customer experience whatsoever. No courtesy at all.

Too much traffic in the area. Getting in and out is a huge issue . Otherwise rooms were good. Average food .

Clean roof, very friendly staff, excellent food and the beautiful view of river Ganga

Most of the staff (with the exception of few) have very bad attitude and the hygiene of their restaurants is extremely poor. I do not recommend this hotel.

Staff wasn’t too friendly rest was good

The property is located at a serene location near Ganges. You can go for a quiet walk and sit near the beach to enjoy calmness. The staff at the property were very hospitable - Maybe due to rush or peak tourist season - we were kind of not treated that great at time of check in. We had to drop our cab at a distant location owing to traffic and no cab was arranged by the Aloha property. Also, no water was served - and we had to ask them twice to get some water since we were very thirsty. Also, out of 2 lifts, only 1 was functional adding to wait times with elders and kids. Again this might be due to peak rush this month and might improve..

Just Awesome

Overrated property. The hotel is a 2-3-star hotel but pretends to be a 5-star hotel. The food is average in the hotel restaurant, and walking to any other restaurant in the area requires trekking up the street, which is highly congested with traffic without designated footpaths for walkers.
