The location is great, close enough to everything but not on top of it so the noise isn’t outside your window. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast had many options, including vegan and GF clearly marked. Staff was helpful.

Beautiful hotel in great location, nice and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the spa, including a good massage. There was some construction work that did not impact our stay. The wifi signal could be stronger in the room, but was good in the main lobby.

NOT oceanfront, NOT soundproof at all. You hear everything from the hallways and everything from the street surrounding you- including the road construction directly beside the building each morning around 8 a.m., you need to book your parking in advance of your arrival which no one advised us of even when checking in (spots are VERY small), our room was missing a shower door and had a strange continuous leak in the corner in the bathroom, you can't ask for anything same day- we asked for the beach towel and lounger rental and were told we would have to come back the next morning and ask (we just bought our own). Bed was super lumpy and not comfortable. Overall not a great experience- staff isn't helpful, building isn't well maintained and it's definitely not soundproof or waterfront like the description states.

Nice spot and perfect to get close to the Old Town and Restaurants. Room was lovely and staff are incredibly friendly. Minor grumble. We had a single credit for the Spa which didn't cover one persons entry so didn't bother. I think they offer it to entice you to spend more if you are travelling as a couple. Breakfast wasn't great. No fresh fruit just chopped fruit in syrup

Staff were very sweet. Room was clean. Balcony was great. Didn’t get to try the spa. The breakfast was very good, with an amazing view. Overall loved my experience. I wish there was an AC in the room

Clean and modern room - friendly reception staff kindly upgraded us on check-in. Limited parking is available at the hotel, with a small number of hotel-owned spaces available for €8 per night on request a c.5 min walk from the hotel itself. Short walk from the hotel to nearby restaurants and bars. Would recommend for a stopover in Olbia!

Poor staff first meet. Negative approach. No slippers and no bath robes - you have to almost beg to get them. Rooms are too basic.

Really friendly staff, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Good central location but away from the busy man Street thoroughly recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Tramas Hotel, das wirklich optimal in Olbia gelegen ist. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und konnte uns stets weiterhelfen. Zu verbessern wäre die Parkplatzsituation und dem Spa würde eine Renovierung gut tun. Schön wäre, wenn letzterer im Preis auch inklusive wäre.
