All the staff are always smiling. And the bedding is clean. The water pressure in the bathroom is good. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely come back here again when I visit Madrid.

部屋のドアが、カードタイプではなく、鍵だったのが不便だった。

立地条件がとても良く、空港からの乗り継ぎもしやすい地下鉄駅の前、ショッピングセンターの近くで、とても便利だった。ホテルは古いがしっかり手入れされ、部屋は広く快適、かつ明るい照明で、夜間仕事がしやすかった。一点、コンセントが少ないのが難点で、照明などのコンセントを外して使用した。レストランも含め、スタッフがとても明るく、とても親切、またマドリードに行く機会があったら、利用したい。

Spanish Basically hight grade hotel

市内中心部ではないものの、Feria には便利なロケーション。 伝統的な建物で設備は新しくないものの、整備されている方。部屋は広くて快適。デスク付近の電源コンセントが少ないのが難点。 向かいに大型スーパー、10分歩いたColombia駅あたりは商店街でまあまあ便利。

良い点:清潔感のあるお部屋、住宅街で騒音がない、目の前に大きなスーパーマーケットと地下鉄の駅 悪い点:アメニティが充実していない(スリッパがない、シャンプーだけでリンスがない、ティッシュがない)

冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の食べ物が残っていました、またコーヒーの粉が散乱したり余り清潔ではなかったようです。

One night layover on the longer travel, the stay was very pleasant. Hotel is nice, calm and conveniently located.

Great location and friendly staff, service was great, great hotel overall

I thought this hotel was off the beaten track, but it is across from a metro station, and the trains here run every 3 minutes or so, which meant I was not very far away from the art museums time-wise. My room was large, quiet and clean, and the front desk attendants were uniformly warm and helpful. The ambience was elegant without being opulent. There is a restaurant on site with a three choice menu. It is frequented by locals, which made me feel less of a tourist! Highly recommended!

It's not so bad

El hotel está muy cerca al metro y al frente se encuentra un supermercado. La habitación era grande y muy limpia. El personal es muy amable.

No tenia papeleria dentro de habitacion, cama y ...estaban muy antigua, suelo no estaba limpia, no tenia condicional para pelo en baño, no estaba agua, y....

Excelente ubicación a boca de metro para recorrer Madrid de extremo a extremo. Excelente servicio y amabilidad
