Everyone was very professional and very helpful to us at all times we were there. We have been coming to this hotel for six plus years and enjoy it so much we will definitely be coming back again.

It was very quiet

This was a perfect place to stay for two days while attending a family reunion at an off-site location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was immaculate. Bed was oh-so comfy. Breakfast was typical hotel freebie fare, but done well. Hotel site sits back from the highway , my room was on the hotel’s back side. Not a hint of road noise in my room. No complaints about this stay. My expectations were met or exceeded.

My stay was pretty average. The experience wasn’t particularly bad, but it didn’t stand out either. The room itself was mostly fine, though there were a few minor maintenance issues—not enough to bother reporting, but noticeable. The staff varied in their attentiveness. During the evenings, they seemed a bit uninterested and not very welcoming. However, the breakfast staff the next morning was much more pleasant and helpful, which was a nice change. Overall, it served its purpose as a place to stay, but it didn’t exceed expectations. It’s fine if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, but don’t expect anything memorable.

Was a great experience, staff could be more friendly especially in the evenings. But the hotel was perfect. Beds were very comfy and we loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great all 3 mornings we were there

I wish the handicap parking was a bit closer to the doors but everything else is amazing the pool and hot tub is super clean and temperature is perfect. The hotel smells amazing and is so clean ! Staff is super helpful!

we couldn't get the tv to work. The workers wouldn't help. The family upstairs wouldn't stop running and jumping. We called the front desk 4 different times about it. The last time was 12:30 am so we didn't get much sleep. When we went to the pool and hot tub there was a family there and the man was setting on the steps. They were there for probably 30 minutes or so when a couple of the kids left me and my wife went over there and the man and woman were both vaping. They weren't vaping occasionally but every minute or so. We finally left and went back to our room because of the smell of the vape and that's when the noise started upstairs. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.
