シングルルームを予約しておりましたがツインルームにしてくれてゆっくりする事ができました。

夜１０時過ぎ到着。カードキーを受け取り部屋へ行くと、ドアが全開で開いていた。時間が時間なので不気味。ドレッサー、ユニットバスに不審者が居ないことを確認してから施錠。他は普通。駐車場に困らないのが利点。

Not the greatest place to stay at in Kyoto. - The closest rail station (Fushimi) is about a 15-20 minute walk. - The hotel room is dirty. We got non-smoking and they delivered on that (no smell). But the carpet in our room had clear dirty spots and so did the ceiling. - Standard washroom amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap etc - Can't refuse room service it seems -Size of the room was good

Not very central to anything. Off the main highway. Walls and floors very run down. Bed semi comfortable. Very clearly a 'lovers hotel' as the cab driver informed us. Around 30mins by cab. 45 by train to the imperial palace. 20mins to Manga museum. 25 mins to Toji temple. Amazing staff with great English. Very hospitable. Ordered us pizza!!!

Hotel rooms were spacious, however it is old and the price is more than whet you get. No air cleaner in smoking rooms.
