以前、カアニ ホテルに 1 日滞在しましたが、ありがたいことに 12 時にチェックインできましたが、部屋にはタオルもマットもありませんでした。タオルをお願いしたら渡されましたが、歯ブラシはありませんでした。マーフシ港の目の前という便利な立地で、サービスも良かったのですが、私たちを不快にさせたスタッフがいました。ホテルでツアーに参加したにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時にすぐに出発せず、朝からツアーを楽しめるように自動的に早めにチェックアウトし、午後3時に海のツアーを終えましたが、ホテルのロビーに残って片付けもしました（トイレは小さく、入浴には使えませんでした）。私たちを追い払おうとしているか、追加料金を請求しようとしているかのようなスタッフがいましたが、幸いなことに、他のスタッフは先ほど言ったスタッフに同意しなかったので、私たちは19時30分に空港に向かいました。食事はおいしく、他のスタッフもフレンドリーで、公衆トイレはとても小さいです。税込み300万ルピアという値段は、私たちが受けたサービスを考えると価値がありませんでしたが、親切にしてくれたスタッフには感謝しています。

Near the beach, jetty. There is night buffet 12$. No restroom after check out but the staff arrange for us. But they do not help on transfer since we leave to another resort, they just say go to the airport then resort take us. We took Icoms for private transfer. We take a tour of another hotel although they offer some tour too.

Pilihan cocok untuk menginap, dekat kapal berlabuh, resepsionis helpful dalam memberi info, acara tour dari hotel boleh diikutin dan tidak mahal. Kamar menyenangkan.

Tempat yang nyaman untuk menginap, breakfast sederhana tapi good enak, stafnya ramah, siaran TV dan wifinya saja yang kurang bagus, so far so good👍🏻

They never mentioned we had to take the boat across to their island. We arrived mid night and no boats can take us there. We felt deceived and had to find another hotel

Very bad at communications as hotel and staff promised to send me photos and videos of snorkelling trip but it took very long time and I need to keep follow up by email. Not worth to join their snorkelling trip as they don’t deliver their promise. Not recommended.

Room: nice deco but it would be better if their comforter is wider Food: their buffet breakfast is nice. u should try their Lebanese chicken grill! Staff: helpful and kind Location: strategic location. 2-3mins walk from jetty

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lack of variation and almost nothing special except the egg corner. The manager Jack initially insisted that the single room was the best with the room rooftop although it wasn't the one I paid for and they finally managed to give me double room after I asked to be moved. Guests had to be firmed with the manager IMHO. Overall it was great, they cleaned the room everyday without being asked.

Hotel, pelayanan dan paket wisata sangat baik. semua yang dibutuhkan ada disini. transport, hotel, restoran paket wisata semuanya lengkap. Harga juga lebih murah. Pelayanannya banget.

It's not worth for the price, and you'll get bad service, room and meal. The front desk girl is not nice I can't remember her name but she is always sat down there without no smile and not help at all. I pay for almost 100 dollars but I got the worst WiFi signal ever. I stayed at room 103 and the WiFi not even reach my room! And when I told the front desk girl she said "it's because we are in the island" which is not make sense and not help. And the TV is not working as well. I booked this hotel with breakfast. And the last 3 days I ate breakfast from the day before, so its not a fresh meal! Thank you crystal sands hotel you give me unforgettable memory stayed a week in the island with no internet, no TV, bad meal, service. thank you ! For the reader, the good things about this hotel is the location.
