This is the fourth time I stayed here and it's always stunning, but in January the weather was quite rainy a lot and no sun, but it's still heaven. The hotel keeps maintaining their room and bathroom. I can see they do repaint their bathroom wall, etc., such clean and perfect owner as I can see. The staff are very helpful, kind, and amazing. They let me check in very early, and it only happened in Seri resort. Thank you!

The great experience can stay here! peacefull place, great hotel and good service! Senang banget apalagi akses bisa ke pantai langsung jadi bisa denger suara deburan ombak, love it!

Love the place, hotel is super nice and room just lovely (we stay in a bungalow) and spacious. Food delicious and personnel helpful, Downside: is on the other side from where regularly the boats arrive, so a long walk awaits since there is no standard transport. Perhaps hotel should offer to arrange it.

Fantastic service. Wonderful treatment by the staff. Pool was beautiful and clean. Rooms are beautiful an well appointed. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. My family and I went for my birthday and I felt it made it very special. One of the owners invited my grandson to join a bonfire and gave him marshmallows. Everything was special and I highly recommend Seri resort and Spa.

The very first time we came, hotel service was look like a traninee. the way they speak, the way they do, the way them doing sevice, and tip oriented. Saya pesan bungalow sea view, namun yang kami lihat garden. Entah apa yang salah. Dan satu hal yang kami benci, perlakuan antara turis lokal dan luar sangat terlihat berbeda.

Saya sangat puas dengan pelayanannya ,keramahannya ,tapi untuk makanan yang penginapan backpacker atau bale makanan kurang enak pelayanan tidak seperti yang seri resort putih .. lain kali saya ke lombok akan menginap di seri resort putih .. karena pelayanannya sangat memuaskan orang orangnya ramah

Tempatnya luas, tidak seperti yang saya bayangkan. Nyaman sekali dan pemandangannya bagus. Good service. Tapi untuk makanan, biasa saja, tidak seperti yang diharapkan..

The common bathrooms are not clean. WiFi signal is weak. Rooms seem not private.

Hotelnya tidak fair, saya tidak boleh dijemput kapal pesanan saya di depan hotel seri ,padahal laut lagi pasang, tamu harus sewa kuda lagi
