浴槽に取り付けられているシャワーの操作方法が分かりにくいので、説明書が浴槽付近に貼ってあるとよい。朝食にチーズがなかったので、追加するとよいと思う。

ホテルは最高。知名度も高いので運転手も良く知っている。。但し、繁華街から少しはなれているのが難点。タクシーで、15分くらい。

The stay was great, they had a good gym and pool, even had sauna/hot tub that was really great. The service was awesome and we would stay again.

Overall I have very good experience staying in Kempinski Hotel. For much better if the hotel can have a printout of the invoice to the customer at the time checkout.

酒店的硬件設施非常好，但整體服務有待改善和提高，大部分的員工都熱情有禮，但多數不懂英文，有需要和他們溝通時比較困難，住的是無煙樓層，但很多時候聞到有菸味道，可能在中國內地不守規矩的人比較多吧！有投訴，但沒有改善，早晨食物比較差，和五星酒店完全不匹配，希望有所改善。

Very cold welcome at the check in. Poor service level at the breafast. Just a smile would’be perfect!

Staff in this location are not professional at all, people working in front desk and resturant on third floor. Will not return to this location.

Very comfortable hotel in the Centre of town with nice bar with outside terrace and coffee shop, extensive choice at breakfast and excellent care and attention from Marcus and Margaret.

Great stay. Even when our son broke one of the light fittings there was no charge.

Staff very friendly, I could mention ms Daisy at the front desk ,who was very helpful

호텔 청결하고 1층 맥주바 당구장 시설과 서비스 훌륭합니다. 주변 지역 위치 훌륭하고 대신 인촨 자체의 날씨가 워낙 건조하다보니 입술이 갈라지고 피부가 따가운데 호텔내 습도가 워낙 낮아서 좀 힘들었네요
