The property is old and a bit tired. Not very clean on the room. All corners neglected. Shower pressure and & hot water were great. TV reception was fuzzy. I had to use my hotspot for internet speed. The hotel wifi was slower than old dialup.

Nothing was unique. This is my experience and opinion about this place. *Not friendly front desk personal. *TV was too small for the my 2 full bed’s room. About 45”. *Room was somewhat dusty. I have pictures. *Hotel grounds had dog poop. *Dead plants in planters. *Breakfast was not up to part. Really bad. *Cracks on bath tub, etc

Dirty room. TV had no sound. Provided small square pillows. Uncomfortable bed. Bathroom light kept going on and off. Floors needed to be vacuumed.

There is mold everywhere! Ants in bathroom. Parking is very limited! Internet wouldn't work!

The hotel was neat and in a safe location.

Terrible service, room was dirty and poorly maintained. They advertised as pet friendly but only have 4 pet rooms. Breakfast was sparse. NO drinking water.

Ive always heard the term roach motel, but never stayed in one. As soon as we walked into our room it smelled like an ashtray. Fruit flies in the sink and a smashed cockroach on the wall. I payed for two nights but left after the first. Woke up the morning after checking in to find a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Also pretty sure someone died a few rooms down from us as the hotel was swarmed with ambulamce and delaware state troopers unless youre really desperate for a cheap stay I recommend spending the extra mlney and going somewhere else.

I was moved from room 255 where it was roaches to room 251 and more roaches. They'd kept me in room 251 when I should have been moved to another room.

It was cool

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple years and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and as shown, and the location has easy access to gas, groceries, restaurants, and more. If you're looking for a luxury retreat you'll be disappointed, but for me, this hotel can't be beat.

Disgusting room!

Room was filthy, outlets removed from all bedside tables and desk, a/c unit was filthy, there were roaches. I left early and took all of my belongings to work to be disinfected and washed.

It was terrible checking in. The tall dark skin young lady was very rude & argumentative. The first room she gave me was horrible in a back corner which looks unsafe. The second room was ok until I went to take a shower. The shower has some sort of water leak. Once you torn on the facets hot & cold keep running the water filling up in the tub, so in the middle of showering you have to turn off the water because the water is settling in the tub, very slow drain. The faucet for the hot water very hot had to use a wash cloth to turn it on & off to avoid burning my hand. This room should have never been tented. They say breakfast is included, that’s a big joke. I wouldn’t stay @ this property again. The property is run down, this was the worst stay I ever had. Very disappointing.

It was nice cheap convenient, and has a pool!

The bathroom sink stopper wouldn't pullup so water was filling up. On my way out i reported it and when i returned back to room issue was resolved. My key had a problem once again problem was resolved. So i definitely will be returning cause this kind of service we all look forward no delays. First time and i will recommend surestay to anyone in need of place providing they not booked.

Staff are approachable and helpful. I don't like the smell of the room, smell like cigarette, the hair drier was not functioning, i didn't ask to bother since I took a shower an hour before I left.

The bathroom toilet was nasty and did not work the shower was broken the room floor was dusty the plugger was in the middle of the room. Overall needs to be cleaned the walls vents blow dryers are full of dust
