旅行途中の中継宿泊で利用しました、スタッフが親切でフレンドリーなホテルでした。 ちょっとした気遣いが嬉しいホテルです。

Great

We were in Wheatland for our 13 year old son's baseball tournament. There was also a truck rally that was going on that weekend that we didn't know about. The hotel was full of Rally goers, that were really just there to party, rev their truck engines, burn out and race through the parking lot. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, we were basically brushed off and told they couldn't hear anything. After hours of the partying and loud noises we had enough and decided it was best to change hotels. After asking the front desk for a refund due to the chaos that was happening we were told no due to the 24 hr cancelation policy. The hotel did nothing to try and mitigate the noise or anything that was happening. We will never stay at this hotel again.

It wasn’t bad but very old. Gaps in the bathroom door, road construction right outside our door.otherwise it was fine.

The staff was very kind. Loved the gift basket. The employee gave us great advice on dining options. We booked here because of hot tub. After driving we couldn't wait to relax in the tub. When we arrived the tub wasn't ready for the season. They should've not posted they have one if it wasn't available. The room we had was what you would expect at motel six. 147.00 for a night should've been a lot nicer. Best Westerns are know for nice places. The freeway was really close so traffic noise was loud. The door on our room looked unsafe. You could see daylight because the weather striping was gone. must.gonFoogreat.

Very old property with some updating but not to doors (didn't fully shut) or the bath/shower. Satisified with the cleanliness overall, and the staff was great but the room and property did not live up to the on line photos. I feel like the price was quite high for what it is. Overall a decent place to lay your head for a night.

Maybe you’ll FINALLY get my message about my earlier request for a refund from the holiday inn express back over a week ago!!! Nothing has been responded too since my numerous requests. Since your last changes, as an operation, you have SUCKED! I used to be able to call hotels.com customer service and immediately take care of issues. It’s now impossible. I guess it’s time to switch to a different app for hotel booking . But then you probably wouldn’t notice because your customer relations are now non-existent

This is an older place, no doubt. It isn't shiny and new, but it's functional and the people running it do their best in msking your stay comfortable. The morning breakfast was surprisingly good. It is a short walk to an outstanding Mexican restaurant just beyond some trees. Very convenient.
