Too much for the Quality of the Motel

It was ok

Need to keep area clean and maintained.

Quiet.

The reviews I seen before I booked were good so I guess it all depends on what you are accustomed to. My room was okay but everything was stained and made me feel like things werent clean. Every single towel was stained and even my pillow cases. Late at night I felt unsafe and had to call the front desk becsuse there was a man yelling and banging on the door next to mine really loud around mindnight. I thought the water didnt get hot but the front desk told me that you just have to run it for about 10 minutes first. The sink leaked water from the faucet also. It was giving motel vibes for sure. I will never book there again.

Room smelled of smoke. Could not use pool. Breakfast drinks were not cold, and m.h fruits were going bad.

Gave me a key to a room with peoples then when we got a new key the room was filthy

As soon as I stepped in the room I knew I couldnt stay. It was dingy, smelly and all around awful. I left and got a room at Tru by Hilton.

Room had a musty smell, and rust on the lamp and bathroom fixtures.

We were in town for a funeral. We originally decided to stay here because they advertised an indoor pool. When we got there, he said the INDOOR POLL was closed for the season. Isn't that the point of having an indoor pool that you can swim regardless of the weather? Despite that, we proceeded with our reservation since we were only staying 2 nights. The bed was really uncomfortable. It was like you could feel the springs poking you. Thin comforter with no blanket. I had to ask for an extra blankes, pillows and towels and there was only two of us. All of the electricity on the right side of the bed doesn't work. We could never get the TV to work. That wasn't even the worst of it. The shower was filthy. The bathroom was filthy. I've attached photos. We have stayed here before a few years ago, it has definitely gone down hill since then.

recommend family and friends to this hotel they are very nice people they will help anyone they are so caring loving ppl they good people come and enjoy be comfortable in clean environment got everything you need good wifi good breakfast this is the only hotel i will spend my money with no roaches nor rats like the other ones

Convenient location

1. Remote would not work on TV 2. Drapery tracks stop before they reach the window, thus leaving only clear sheers to cover the window. In this way not only would there be NO PRIVACY, but the outside security lights were extremely bright and shined straight through the window. It looked like the sun was shining across the bed!

Room was very clean. Front desk very friendly.

Very old building. Just kept the lid off the toilet since the chain had to be pulled every time. There were two pieces of bread for the breakfast and nothing else!

Place was a dump. sink barely worked, Rooms were disgusting dirty sheets with stains on them bloody boogers left on the wall next to the toilet. I tried to check out and get my money back the next day after I woke up, I couldn’t because I booked through Expedia so I called Expedia sat on the phone for an 40 mins, Got nowhere then tried to get my money back through the insurance once again Got nowhere. I was extremely disappointed I got screwed out of my money to stay in a disgusting hotel with very misleading pictures and reviews. I am not the type to complain and I was not expecting an amazing room, especially for what I paid, but this was absolutely absurd, and the fact that I couldn’t get my money back or even speak to a real person through the insurance was a complete waste of time and money. I’ll make sure to never book with Expedia again and to tell all of my friends and family to do the same until I at least get A real person to call me with Expedia and hear my complaint.
