Clean and secluded property. Solid breakfast in the morning. Nice views around the hotel.

No staff around when I checked out at 3:15 am to catch my outbound flight left a note with my key card to send me a copy of my receipt to my email. That has not happened as of yet.

Good excerise facilities and great breakfast. When we arrived the male staff at the desk did not acknowledge us. He knew we were there but continued to work on his computer. He did not receive us well after that. Otherwise the room was good and clean and the bed was excellent

My favorite place to stay in Thunder Bay.

I stayed a night both coming and going using the Thunder Bay airport. I really like this hotel and plan to stay there on all future trips to Thunder Bay. The location is wonderful and scenic, the outdoor spaces are a treat to get fresh air and stretch your legs after traveling, and the hotel staff is great. I especially appreciated the shuttle service and ability to leave my vehicle, the good restaurant and options for breakfast, an ATM and vending, and the display of local art throughout the building. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The main reason I pick this hotel, however, was the pool. I really wanted to get some movement in before a long travel day to Spain. I was told the pool opened at 7:00 am and at 6:55 am, I went down to find two men already swimming laps in the pool and it looked like 5 more were signed in too and probably in the locker room. I went back to my room disappointed. On my return stay after a very long day of travel, I got up and had breakfast, watched the news, and then went down to the pool. There was one woman swimming in the pool when I went to shower and change into my swimsuit. I entered the pool around 8:15 am. I was so happy to realize what a nice pool it was and the water was the perfect temperature. About 10 minutes later, 9 women started to enter the pool area carrying bags and pool noodles. I asked the women in the pool what was going on and she said a water aerobics class was at 8:30. I’m out of room. More to sa

I've been going there for years, and I love how it's at the bottom of the mountains and the hotel itself is lodgy. Restaurant is great and the free breakfast is a sweet deal!

Standard room easy checkin. I have stayed before and would recommend as a go to place. The restaurant was priced well and had plenty of options. Book ahead for the best rates.
