We had keep door open when we first arrived to get cleaning fluid smell out of room. Only took a few minutes. Room was ok, bed was ok.

We found our room to be clean, spacious and quiet. Parking was easy and very convenient to room. Breakfast choices were good. Staff was very friendly.

Only negative thing is we were on the 2nd floor and the ice machine didn't work. The grounds were kept up, the staff was friendly, and the pool was clean.

The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was not working well but they brought us a fan and that did the job. Overall enjoyed our stay here

This is a great stop on the way to the SE shore. The price is right and the property is in good shape. The bathroom was clean and no stinking carpeting. I even took a dip in their pool, which I normally wouldn’t.

Clean and quiet, comfortable beds. AC was a bit noisy, breakfast was ok but needs fruit and juice options, and also better coffee.

The floor was absolutely filthy. If they're vacuuming it, their vacuum doesn't work very well. The carpet either needs to be replaced or steam cleaned, badly. If you walk around in bare feet for just 5 minutes, your feet will be very soiled.

Employees were really nice. There were no rooms on bottom floor, it was late and we were tired, so the guy who checked us in offered to carry our stuff up.

Pros: - We arrived late at night and the gentleman at front desk was very nice given the hour. -This is an older hotel that has not been updated an ounce… with that said, it was very clean. Cons: - As I said, we arrived late after a long day. We are also in the middle of a heatwave. The AC was completely turned off when we got in the room. The room didn’t get cool until about 4am. The AC needs maintenance. It knocked and “squealed” all night long and did not cool the room efficiently. Regular checks on these things could prevent this. - There was nothing to sit on in the room other than your bed. There was a dining chair but the cushion was so concave it looked like you’d fall through if you had a seat. This place could be charming if the owners would put a little love into it.

Room was clean and well stocked with towels. Had a minifridge and coffee maker. Coffee in office available 24/7. Bathroom fixtures looked brand new. Pool area well kept. Rooms could use a microwave.

This motel fit out needs perfectly. Grandchildren enjoyed pool and the breakfast was way more than we expected. Would stay again.

Our room was clean but the carpet and furnishings need to go!! No smoke detector in room!!! Need to blow the pool deck and do some lawn maintenance

This hotel is absolutely nothing like the picture. Breakfast was ridiculous. Ran out of everything. Warm milk. Apple juice watered down. No waffle barrer left an hour before the end of breakfast time. No one cleaning up or emptying garbage. In the lobby all the furniture had old fashioned covers on them. The only thing they have going for them is the pool.

Good, simple lodging, was a great place to stop for the night. Front desk staff helpful and friendly

Nice for the price point

The room had worn out furniture that either needed to be replaced or thrown away and the bed pillows need to be replaced. Service level cleaned, yet some attention is needed for a ceiling to floor cleaning.

The reception area and breakfast area were very clean. The breakfast was nice and had more selections than some hotels. The room was clean. There are definitely updates needed The ice machine at the pool did not work. There was no other way to get ice. The grounds were clean. We were on the first floor. It was very annoying to wake up to a carpet cleaning machine before 7:00 a.m. on the morning of our stay.
