基本的には、快適に過ごせました。シャワージェルが無かったり、タオルが人数分用意されていなかったなど、アメニティーが充足されていなかったのは残念です。

オーロラツアーの拠点として便利。部屋が広くキッチンも付いていて、スーパーで買い物して部屋で食事できたのが良かった。 浴槽が浅めで、ゆっくり入浴するにはやや不満。 家族４人で２泊したが、ゆっくり快適に過ごすことが出来た。

日本人の方がフロントにいるので安心です。ただ、ツアーの利用が多く、すこしにぎやかです。

食事は外で食べましたがレストランは併設していて朝、夕とできるようです。街の真ん中なので大概の店には歩いていけます。朝9時まで寝てしまい、朝食を抜いて家内と街の観光を別のロッジの迎えが来るまで観光をしていました。荷物は気持ちよく預かっていただけました。日本人スタッフもいますが、いるときは日本語も通じます。もちろんいないときは英語になります。部屋は清潔できもち良いです。古い建物なので防音は少し気になりますが、よほどマナーの悪い客がいない限り問題にはなりません。良いホテルです。

Very clean room and bathroom was spotless with nice fixtures, bright and good counter space. A second chair in room would have been nice. Fridge and microwave very clean and worked well. Only personal preference concern was found the bed too soft lacking support and neither of us are large people. Easy walking distance to shops, eateries and the river.

Not one of the air conditioners worked. The phone didn’t even work. The suite was really rundown. The beds were clean.

Everything was great but there is nowhere really to take your dog to do their business. You have to walk down the road. All other things were great

It was a wonderful experience to stay here and the staff was above and beyond amazing! Parking however, is not very convenient.

This pet friendly hotel had air conditioned very clean and extremely comfortable rooms that were quiet for downtown! The initial lobby drive up was a bit confusing during check in but they do have designated parking area after you unload. I loved that it had a gold rush style restaurant inside. I wish the rooms came with breakfast as most Best Westerns do. There is one small elevator. The staff were friendly and efficient but I did notice first nations people seemed to be treated with icy reception, and that alarmed me being from Alaska.

Enjoyed my stay (thanks for the Nespresso machine in the room. Restaurant was great too - friendly staff for sure. I'll be back if I travel north again.

The room seemed clean enough if a bit outdated. The hotel is clearly historic and the floors are very creaky. We were on the second floor and could hear everytime the person upstairs took a step and it wasn’t great being woken up at 5am after a long day of travel to them seemingly walking laps in their room upstairs.

Gym was decent, staff especially evening lady was very pleasant
