日本人の方がフロントにいるので安心です。ただ、ツアーの利用が多く、すこしにぎやかです。

食事は外で食べましたがレストランは併設していて朝、夕とできるようです。街の真ん中なので大概の店には歩いていけます。朝9時まで寝てしまい、朝食を抜いて家内と街の観光を別のロッジの迎えが来るまで観光をしていました。荷物は気持ちよく預かっていただけました。日本人スタッフもいますが、いるときは日本語も通じます。もちろんいないときは英語になります。部屋は清潔できもち良いです。古い建物なので防音は少し気になりますが、よほどマナーの悪い客がいない限り問題にはなりません。良いホテルです。

Why no Fox News channel? There was msnbc and CNN. I don’t understand why FNC isn’t available at this hotel.

the room was super nice for a decent price the check out was a hassle. I used a debit card to prepay for the room and they demanded a security deposit as well. ok i gave them a $300 security deposit and now i am having troubles getting my deposit back, mainly because the man who checked us out didnt know his business

Clean accommodations, good restaurant and friendly staff.

Hard to keep clean in the Arctic thaw months. Beds were great, rooms were pkain and serviceable. A comfortable stay but very plain.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was so nice. But I did have to ask three times to get my body wash refilled in my room, and it never was.

The place was very clean, good size room and very comfortable beds. The food at their restaurant was excellent.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and public area. Only a few things to pick. There's no place to load luggage at front door, and it could be messy when it rains or snows. There's no door with shower stall. Hard as I tried, water still splashed out. The space in front of the elevator is too narrow. People often got jammed up there.

The staff was awful at check-in. Downgraded accommodation without reaching out about our reservation. Not pet accommodating at all but will charge for pets because they are “pet friendly.” Room downgrade to a smaller room, yet charge the same rate for original accommodations. Our room was on the third floor, again not pet friendly. Hotel restaurant was a joke and they were rude. No amenities. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING!! This was an awful experience. Definitely not typical Best Western Standard by far!! Don’t stay here!
