Hot tub jets weren't powerful. Elevator was broken which didn't affect us but we felt bad for the older couple ahead of us that were surprised with suddenly having to take the stairs.

The elevator did not work all weekend. So, I stayed in the ground floor. Was noisy. I did not use facilities.

Staff were rude, poorly trained - not in uniform of any kind, if the guy working the desk was not behind the counter using computer, I would have assumed is was staying there. Local kids were using parking lot as a obstacle course with milk crates for the electric scooter. Elevator is out of service, juice machine is out of order, wanted cash at desk for pop and chips would not allow me to bill room. I travel for a living and will not stay here in the future

The breakfast was good. There were a lot of different options.

Super comfortable mattress/bed. Very nice and clean Bathroom. Microwave, Toaster, Large Mini-Fridge, Ethernet Port with cord for Laptops. Plenty of storage space if you're a "bring everything and more" type.

Lors de mon passage, l'ascenceur était hors d'usage (et semblait être ainsi depuis un bon bout de temps); et on m'installe dans une chambre au 3e étage... à monter mes propres valises dans les escaliers. Les planchers des chambres sont encore recouverts de tapis (dont la propreté laisse des doutes). Autre que cela, le séjour a été correct, avec un bon petit déjeuner inclus.

Limited breakfast

Breakfast was ok for microwaved eggs, french toast and sausage or bacon. Room was in rough shape, sheers were torn the whole length , cobwebs on ceilings and mold on bathroom wall above toilet, seems to be real poor ventalation in there ie: no separate switch for a fan. Aslo we were on a 2 day stay and although clean staff came into room and removed garbage, they didn't replace the shampoo or toilet paper and no one wants to run out the latter first thing in the morning. The staff that we did interact with were fantastic.

It’s fine. A bit outdated. I liked the huge bathtub in the actual room, where I could watch the tv while relaxing.

The room was incredible. Bigger than expected and very well kept. The jetted tub was a great bonus to our stay. The pool was very clean and warm. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff was great!

Pleasant staff and hot tub king room was fantastic! Good breakfast as well and located close to get anywhere fast.

Did not use the gym or hot tub/pool

Hotel had a mouldy smell. The elevator was not in use due to renovations being completed. Room looked nothing like what was advertised. I just think there should be more transparency. But, I guess you get what you pay for. The deal was too good to be true!

Room was not very clean dust everywhere ..bedding was clean and comfy Breakfast was not the best was OK As soin you arrive on site outside all 3 flag are all in pièce... When we went for check out the guy at lobby took time to answer because he was on his personal phone Its not a Best Western plus at all
