The staff was very very friendly, the breakfast was good the rooms were clean and quiet. Our grandson really enjoyed the pool. The location of the hotel is excellent with shopping and restaurants across the road. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great place to stay, close to everything, you need

The room was cool upon entry but the heater worked very well and was very comfortable during our entire stay. Room was very clean. Being on the main floor near the main entry we thought it might have been noisy but it was completely quiet. Second time we have stayed here in the last few years and will return again when the need arises.

The breakfast was delicious . It’s nice to have a free hot breakfast. The room was nice and clean . I was located in an easy to access area with free parking

Overall had a good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities made our stay pleasant and relaxing. The only downside was the weekday breakfast schedule. Breakfast ending at 9:00 AM felt a bit too early, especially for guests who want a more relaxed morning or are traveling with family. Extending breakfast hours slightly during weekdays would make the experience even better.

Loved this hotel close to everything

Poor quality service with an argumentative clerk at check in. For some reason, my stay was inelegiable for rewards point (first time Ive ever been told this) and her excuse was that these points cost the hotel money therefor not everyone qualifies. I travel to Bridgewater on a regular basis for work and will now be staying at another hotel that appreciates return visitors. The hotel wont have to worry about spending money on me again.

Check in was a breeze, hotel and room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant is an excellent place to stop for a good meal. Breakfast is included and a great variety to chose from.

Restaurant was superb,staff across all departments were superb,only complaint was some of the gym gear was in need of attention.

Clean room and pool. There was no wifi, so we had no access to internet or cable tv. Staff I asked to help troubleshoot this concern advised they would get back to me but they never did. Upstairs guests made a lot of noise and hotel staff were not able to get them to quiet down. Some hotels have additional charges when guests disturb others, which I wish was implemented everywhere.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We had a great time in the pool and their breakfast is fantastic! I highly recommend staying here if your traveling out that way.

Nice staff, clean room, good bed and pretty good breakfast. I would have given it a better review, the only thing holding me back was the gym can use some more equipment and a better elliptical. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. Overall a nice place, just need a better gym

The breakfast was great, very friendly staff. As well as the resturant in the hotel is fantastic, fresh local food options.

Overall was a decent stay, we are not from bridgewater of course like most people who use hotels you stay in them when your away on a trip we have stayed in Bridgewater before and along the south shore just not at this particular hotel. With that being said if you are staying in bridgewater and want to stay here be prepared for this hotel to be the birthday party location on Bridgewater. We had no idea but because there is not much in Bridgewater this hotel is a big birthday spot and celebration spot for people we stayed Friday and Saturday night and both days they were having birthday parties there. Lots and lots of kids, which we are fine with as we were travelling with our 2 kids but we just didn’t expect that Bridgewater is a small town last time we stayed at a different place it was very quiet and peaceful but this hotel was very busy. We had booked this hotel to use the pool and water slide of course for our kids which we did but Friday when we arrived there was about 12 other kids in the pool all from the party. Saturday night same thing another birthday party and a lot of kids. Other than this it was a nice hotel but if your not going with kids or expecting large groups of kids for a birthday party like we were not than just be prepared for that
