Room was nice and clean. However, our room location on the first floor was subject to a noisy stay, even at night time.

the rooms are beautiful. the pool is clean and spacious. the hot tub was not working again this stay. but the steam room was and it was nice.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was very very cold, especially the floor which was quite uncomfortable. Great location and we made great use of the pool and hot tub. Nice looking spa, though we didn't get a chance to use it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again though choose a different room.

Loved the spacious room, heated marble bathroom floor, the comfortable bed, the whirlpool and pool, the friendly staff, the full breakfast, the special touches , the eagerness of staff to accommodate our needs

The room was spotless and had all the ameniities, including a warm housecoat. There weren't any Teabags though -only a coffee maker and coffee pods. Breakfast was included in my rate and was excellent - though very busy and at times all tables were full so they opened up an adjoining room to accommodate other guests. The Reception Manager was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also in the heart of Perth, next to a beautiful park so everything is within walking distance, though there is a large carpark as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was booked for Christmas party’s in their reception rooms yet didn’t reserve any parking for the hotel guests. Guests had to go park offsite in a public parking. The front desk attendants all had a no care in the world other that tell us we can’t leave or car anywhere or we will get towed. Very badly organized hotel for guests who dish out over 350$ a night to sleep there. Won’t be going back for sure
