Es mi primera vez en el hotel y creo que cumple a cabalidad con el servicio esperado y pactado previamente. Seguramente volveré con el tiempo.

Our stay at Las Camelias was absolutely wonderful! The place is beautiful, very organized, and perfect for families with small children. Everything felt comfortable, safe, and well maintained. A special thank you to Mauricio, the waiter by the poolside, who was amazing and made our experience even better with his kindness and great service. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

poca información sobre las actividades, no había jabón en el baño para ducharse, todo lo cobran (podrían incluír los juegos de los niños por lo menos con el precio por noche que pagamos) poca amabilidad del personal, comidas rápidas muy caras al mismo precio de comida de restaurante. Me cobraron el IVA cuando en la página yo pagué con todo incluído, opción de incluir la cena demasiado costosa.

La calidad de las instalaciones, la comida y calidez del personal. Las atracciones para los niños son excelentes. Es un hotel pensado en familia con niños

Clean, well organised and ideal if you attend with young children. 4 stars instead of 5 as we got no hot water (just tepid water) the first morning (the hot water came back by lunchtime). Nathy who is the only staff member to speak English at the restaurant was very helpful and made our stay a lot more enjoyable by explaining the dinong options (buffet vs other options). Lots of loud DJ music during the day and until 10pm when we attended (wedding) but very quiet afterwards. Staff at the reception were nice and helpful too. Luggage collextion was very quick.
