Perfect for family stay

Lovely apartment, so much space. Could do with some pictures on the wall and mirrors.

We had a great room on the 31st floor, was clean, beautiful views. Close to everything.

Amazing location and apartment features! Eugenia greeted us on arrival and was friendly, welcoming and informative. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was central to experience Melbourne. Highly recommended 👍

The lack of access to the gym/pool facilities was the only downside to the stay

I phoned as stated 3/4 hour before arriving at the property so that i would be met in the foyer as they did not have a reception desk. No one replied to the phone call but a recorded message to send a text.

It was a perfect stay!! The location of the apartment is perfect! I will highly recommended and i will return in a futur

The apartments where very nice, happy with them, but the customer service was disgusting, the girl wasn't very helpful, just kepted saying, if you don't do this we will cancel your rooms, she told me this 4 times plus and even sent me a email saying this. In stead of trying to sort the problem, she was rude and aragumentive. Needs more training or the sack. The man was very helpful.

We had a 50th floor apartment with amazing views of the Yarra and the city. The apartment was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. It is in the perfect location for enjoying everything Melbourne has to offer.

Property was exactly what we hoped it would be, modern, stylish and well appointed without being over the top. Great location and very secure.

Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, NVG art gallery, etc. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to communicate with staff, who were very friendly.

I like the view, the location and the lay out of the apartment. I did not like the water in the shower. It is hard to adjust to the temperature of the water in the shower and the water flow is not strong enough.

The apartment location was amazing. However, the apartment we stayed in did not look like the pictures as it was a different apartment. Also we discovered upon check in that we could not use any of the hotel facilities as we were not long stay residents. This was not indicated anywhere at all when booking and we were very disappointed as we were looking forward to utilising these.
