ここまでは順調ですね。ホテルの部屋の壁の塗装が剥がれています。シーツと毛布を交換する必要があります。部屋にはエアコンが必要です。

部屋は写真と同じではなく、家は悪く、部屋は臭いです。

ホテルエリアはまあまあ、レストランはたくさんありますが、ホテルは古くて古いですが、価格はまあまあです

場所はナイトマーケットの向かい側。ガヤ通りからは少し離れています。部屋の状態は広告に表示されている写真とは全く異なります。部屋は狭く、部屋に入るたびに変な匂いがします。真夜中に外で人が話し、ドアを叩く音が聞こえます。幸いなことに、エアコンはまだ冷たく、温水シャワーはまだ熱いです。また来ますか？いいえ！

エアコンは古いし、ベッドとマットレスの状態も悪いし、バスルームは真剣に改装が必要です。ドアには安全ラッチがなく、リストに入れられます。あまりにひどいので、私たちは道路の向かい側にあるパーク ホテルに移動しました。そこが私たちの第一候補だったはずです。

Their room were so in bad condition (moldy wall, small room, weird smell, bed sheet seem so not clean) and we had to move out to another hotel because so not comfortable with the conditions.

No lift. Facilities and equipment are damaged and without repair; The socket hanging there almost dropped from the wall. The room's wall and toilet are dirty, not worth the pricing. With such pricing, I can look for other better accommodation in KK! One thing that's good is that the staff is quite friendly.

Room bad condition, toilet door cannot close properly.

Location is perfect. Close to everything that needs to visit when you go to Kota kinabalu.

Ada deposit rm50, wifi dia jgn lah berharap sangat 😂 hotel yang memang strategik sebab tengah-tengah bandar, mau pegi night market memang senang, bilik dia luas tapi nda la boleh expect banyak sangat hahaha, what a good experience

Bilik berbau. Langsir kotor. Bekas air pada dinding banyak macam rumah sudah usang tu. Tidak tidak hidup. Pintu tandas tidak boleh tutup.

Sesuai dengan harga la..dah nama pun hotel bajet..tpi yang ni terlebih bajet..mandi guna gayung mcm zaman dlu" mandi tepi perigi..siaran tv mata pun ikut juling..cuma bersih,kemas..

Bilik tidak sesuai dengan keterangan yang diberikan waktu booking, bilik jg banyak laba-laba, bau dan berhabuk, tapi maklum sajalah mungkin sesuai harga tetapi kualiti harus diutamakan

✅ Booked for 3nights but checked out the next day. ✅ The room condition is not like what have been pictured. ✅ Door lock not functioning. ✅ Dusty. ✅ Got 1 plug only. Even though the room is for 2 people. ✅ Probably not recommended for people who prefer more clean & big space. ✅ Not worth the money even though follow their normal room price.

Cadar selimut sangat gatal!!! Susah mau tidur..bila minta tukar receiptionist suruh ambil cadar & selimut baru di kaunter. Kita kena tukar sendiri.. Dalam 1 bilik ada 2 katil dan dua2 cadar selimut gatal. Sangatlah tidak bersih!!! Cadar selimut tidak kena tukar.

Hahahahah funny and at the same time 100% different from advertise that shown. Even the odor/smell of the room is so bad. Smells like dust and smoke. Its okay, just for one night tho. But I do not recommend this hotel seriously.

Aircond sangat bising, tidak dapat tidur

Totally different from pictures, well unlucky me didn't check the area properly. I can get better hotel than this at same price. Not really friendly frontdesk, my room smell like cat's urine, no lift provided. Me.. * sit in box of shame *
