夏休みシーズンで駆け込み予約だったので、料金はかなり高めだったが、フロントの対応は大変良く、併設のレストランも恐らく町で一番では？と思える美味しさ、そしてオエシネン湖に登るゴンドラにも徒歩圏内、さらに無料駐車場や室内プール、ギッズルームもあって大変満足できる滞在となりましま。

体力的に無理のないゆったり滞在におススメです。 エッシネン湖帰りは電気バス利用、アルメンアルプも人が少なく ゆったりできた。どちらも可愛い花盛りでした。

I love Kandersteg and the Victoria Hotel is the PERFECT place to stay here, with affordable prices, great breakfast and right in the center close to everything. This was the second time I've stayed there and will be back again. The only reason I marked a 4 in some areas is because the hotel is definitely "old" and could use some simple updating in the rooms to make them more comfortable (worn carpets, old furniture/fixtures, etc). But for me, I do not have fancy tastes so I enjoyed my stay.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room had been recently updated and had a patio. We were surrounded by mountains. Our room had a view of 4 waterfalls coming through the mountains. The breakfast was delicious. It included specialty coffees and provided for my dietary needs (gluten and dairy intolerant). It has a lovely pool and great amenities. A complimentary bus is provided for visiting surrounding towns.

Grosses und schönes Appartment für bis zu 8 Personen war gross, sauber und zimlich zentral gelegen. Das Shuttle vom Hotel hat uns täglich bis zur Gondel und zurück gefahren. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

The staff were amazing and very helpful . We requested a room with a view and balcony and it was given to us . The manager(owner ) is very nice . He asked me if everything was ok . The dining experience if excellent .

This a grand old hotel that must have lots of history and is in a perfect location. We liked it very much

Was ok for a one night stay. No AC which isn't that uncommon in Switzerland. Our room was in the older section. Seemed dated and tired. Had to walk through a hallway where they were apparently storing extra mattresses and baby cribs.

Eneste som ikke var topp er internettforbindelsen. Litt liten kapasitet ved kaffeautomaten, men dette forstår jeg skal fikses.

Der Empfang war herzlich (ich kann mich leider nicht mehr an den Namen der Mitarbeiterin erinnern). Die Dekoration des Empfangsbereiches/Salons ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und war, wie auch das Bad, sehr sauber. Wir haben am Abend im hauseigenen Restaurant gegessen und wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Das Essen war sehr gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

I had a beautiful stay in Kandersteg! The main thing I wanted to see there was Lake Oeschinen, and this hotel is a short walk to the cable car that goes up to the lake. After I visited the lake, I took a beautiful hike back down that went straight down to the hotel. Very short walk to the train station as well; getting around was very easy. The room was comfortable and the front desk staff was very nice. Loved my stay here.

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel mais tout y est très vieux voir en mauvais état. Heureusement qu il est très bien placé pour randonner

The view from our window was amazing and with breakfast included every morning! Would definitely stay here again next time!!
