良かったです。

シングル2ベッドの部屋を夫婦で利用しました。選んだ理由は、朝一の「最後の晩餐」鑑賞の為ですが徒歩5分圏内にあり大変助かりました。ミラノ中央駅からタクシーで€16.9、ドォーモへ徒歩27分と市内観光に大変適したロケーションと思います。室内の居心地も良く満足してます。フロントの対応もとても親切でした。

メールでの問い合わせも含め、問い合わせ内容に対してすごく丁寧に対応していただきました。スタッフの方の感じも良く、次回も利用しようと思いました。

ホテルは4階でしたがダブルで一人で滞在しました。 広くて天井も高く、広々使えました。 ベランダもあり心地よく滞在できました。 ベットのマットや枕の固さも寝やすく、清潔でした。 ただ洗面所の流しに長い髪の毛が2本。 またシャワーの水圧が少なかったです。 立地もよく、動き回るのにとても良い場所で、またミラノに行ったら滞在したいと思いました。

部屋はシンプルでしたが広く快適でした。

フロントも部屋も清潔感があって、新しくて綺麗でした。冷蔵庫があったらもっと良かったです。スタッフの対応は特に可もなく不可もなく。フロントの下の階にキャリーを預けておく部屋があり、フロントでその部屋の鍵を渡され、その部屋に置いてくださいと言われる。ホテル宿泊者なら誰でもその部屋に入れて、荷物を持っていかれる可能性もあり、防犯性が良くなかった。

スタッフも外国人に親切です。地図がないと少し分かりにくいです。

設備全く問題ありません。 ヨーロッパでは全く需要がないのも理解していますが、水洗便座があると有り難いです！

部屋の中の匂いが気になった以外は問題なくスタッフの方も親切でした。

今回は初めてのイタリア旅行、言葉もわからない 中、ホテルの方は丁寧に明るく対応していただきました。サッカー観戦の為イタリアに来ましたが、チケットがイタリアに着いてからという、ドキドキな旅行でした。思い出に残る旅行になりました。 色々お世話になりありがとうございました。

Room was clean and spacious. Most comfortable bed I've had in a long time.

This hotel provided everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Milan. The location was good, nice restaurants and places to have a pastry or a drink within a few minute walk. The metro was very handy but you can walk to most sights in 20/30 minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size (we booked a twin). The only downside was our room was at the lift and beside reception so could be very noisy at night. No fault of the hotel but the guests. They do have signs up requesting that you consider others. I’d recommend staying here and would stay again (requesting a room on a different floor away from the lift).

Great hotel! Very clean and kept up well. Staff was friendly during check in and helped with calling a taxi when I needed it. Breakfast was very basic though. Only warm items were scrambled eggs and bacon. Mostly offered pastries, which I am more of a savory breakfast person than sweets. The only other thing I didn’t like was the cleaning person knocking on everyone’s doors telling us that she plans to “clean the room later”. I was only here for 1 night and wished she didn’t wake us up to tell me that even though I was checking out that day. Otherwise, highly recommend.
