良かったです。

シングル2ベッドの部屋を夫婦で利用しました。選んだ理由は、朝一の「最後の晩餐」鑑賞の為ですが徒歩5分圏内にあり大変助かりました。ミラノ中央駅からタクシーで€16.9、ドォーモへ徒歩27分と市内観光に大変適したロケーションと思います。室内の居心地も良く満足してます。フロントの対応もとても親切でした。

メールでの問い合わせも含め、問い合わせ内容に対してすごく丁寧に対応していただきました。スタッフの方の感じも良く、次回も利用しようと思いました。

ホテルは4階でしたがダブルで一人で滞在しました。 広くて天井も高く、広々使えました。 ベランダもあり心地よく滞在できました。 ベットのマットや枕の固さも寝やすく、清潔でした。 ただ洗面所の流しに長い髪の毛が2本。 またシャワーの水圧が少なかったです。 立地もよく、動き回るのにとても良い場所で、またミラノに行ったら滞在したいと思いました。

部屋はシンプルでしたが広く快適でした。

フロントも部屋も清潔感があって、新しくて綺麗でした。冷蔵庫があったらもっと良かったです。スタッフの対応は特に可もなく不可もなく。フロントの下の階にキャリーを預けておく部屋があり、フロントでその部屋の鍵を渡され、その部屋に置いてくださいと言われる。ホテル宿泊者なら誰でもその部屋に入れて、荷物を持っていかれる可能性もあり、防犯性が良くなかった。

スタッフも外国人に親切です。地図がないと少し分かりにくいです。

設備全く問題ありません。 ヨーロッパでは全く需要がないのも理解していますが、水洗便座があると有り難いです！

部屋の中の匂いが気になった以外は問題なくスタッフの方も親切でした。

今回は初めてのイタリア旅行、言葉もわからない 中、ホテルの方は丁寧に明るく対応していただきました。サッカー観戦の為イタリアに来ましたが、チケットがイタリアに着いてからという、ドキドキな旅行でした。思い出に残る旅行になりました。 色々お世話になりありがとうございました。

Service and breakfast.

We loved this hotel!!! Excellent location, they upgraded us to a room with a terrace and a great view! We enjoyed watching the World Cup final with a wonderful sparkling wine in our own terrace. We will absolutely go back to the same hotel an highly recommended it!

It was clean, modern and the stuff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Hotel is conveniently located near the Last Supper.

The front staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved that there was an ice machine but would have liked glasses easily available. When we did ask the front for them we were easily able to get them. The room was comfy and clean. Easy to walk to the metro and the transportation system in Milan was very easy to navigate. Quiet street as well

We arrived at the hotel easily from close by metro station. As it was our honeymoon the hotel staff upgraded our room to the top floor with balcony which was greatly appreciated by both of us! The room and balcony were in great condition and facilities working great. The only sockets for use were on the table beneath the tv rather than next to the bed, also the air conditioning was on lowest it could be but the room was still very warm at night time due to high temperatures outside. The breakfast was lovely and a great selection on both days. Would stay here again.

The breakfast is great value! And the hotel is walk distance to last supper and many shop store.
