Amazing room facilities, kitchen wares, washing and dryer machine, wide space and very great location. Definitely will come back

The room was spacious, Location is great, tram station just in front of the hotel however the check out time is at 10am and it is different from my booking which stated at 12pm.

Saya tinggal di 2 BR apart bersama keluarga. Lokasi sangat strategis di city center pas di depan Tram Station, masuk ke Free Tram Zone. Apart sangat bersih, fasilitas lengkap, ada laundry machine, dish washer, peralatan dapur lengkap, microwave, oven, toaster. Cari makan dan grocery dekat. Harga bersahabat 😅 Pasti balik lagi kalo liburan ke Melbourne. Thanks Traveloka.

The most pleasant apartment that I have so far. With 2 bedroom, and full equipment such as kitchen, washing machine, dry machine, table for meal, large sofa are more enough to have at the apartment also the city view is more lucky for us to stay. The staff is helpfull. Near the station, and tram and near to everywhere cause in the center of CBD.

Kamar besar, perabotan lengkap, sabun cuci, dan peralatan mandi tersedia. Bisa ditempati untuk keluarga berempat atau 5. Lokasi tengah kota, dekat tempat makan (banyak), transport dengan free tram mudah, di depan apartment.

Just ashamed, one of our sister lost her make up accessories while room cleaning service, no further confirmation from hotel management. My room is smell cigarette, so i think previous guest smoke inside the room.

Location was great. Room was spacious. Unfortunately there was no housekeeping as I expected before and the interior was quite old. The staff are also nice and helpful.

Lokasi bagus di tengah kota kemana-mana dekat dan ramai. Gampang cari makan. Kamar bagus dan bersih. Balkon tidak bagus karena menghadap ke belakang. Padahal saya request menghadap jalan.
