This hotel was very close to the ferry boat marina and cruise ship docks. It's walkable to many shops and restaurants and right on a main street so I enjoyed the noise and vibrancy from the 2nd floor deck. My room was spotlessly clean and had a small fridge and a working air conditioner. The large deck was for all guests and overlooked the street. I was able to walk to the water where a cruise ship was docked, and then later that evening to a very enjoyable restaurant, that overlooked the marina and had a nice water view. As a single woman, I felt very safe walking those few blocks by myself. There was no on-site food, however, there were soft drinks, and I think some "adult beverages" available for purchase from a cooler/bar area. there was also a microwave available for use. The people who worked there were very pleasant. I only stayed there one night, but would stay again!

Good location to stay for business

Excellent value for money stay in this brightly coloured clean spacious hotel. In the centre of town .

Great place, just some few upgrade needed like the television viewing.Security staff helpful and welcoming.Reception desk staff excellent, house keeping staff excellent. Keep up the job, location very accessible to everything.

L établissement devrait etre classé en 2 etoiles. Les chambres sont propres seulement à votre arrivée. Apres durant tout le sejour la chambre n est pas nettoyer ,la poubelle pas vider,dans le placard 1 cintre pas 2.Pas de lampe de chevet.. TV qu en Anglais, les frigos sont fatigués,. Le petit déjeuner est sur demande la veille. Pas de service de restaurant si arrivée tardive débrouillez vous. Le dimanche pas de service ,votre petit déjeuner voir ailleurs fort young hotel prévoir 26 euros par personne. La réception aimable mais pas professionnelle. Enfin c est juste un hotel pour se poser car les nuits sont bruyantes, musique toute la soirée par un bar à côté, bruit de voiture sans cesse, seule bonne note le matelas est correct.

Location was excellent. Right in the middle of everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Rooms were outdated and hot water was limited during shower time.

Great location in the middle of down town Walking distance from everything in the city and very convenient to get a bus of taxi to go anywhere. The ladies at the front desk was very friendly and the building was secured with an on site security offficer

Fantastic location (but be mindful it can be noisy being in the city centre). Very good pressure in the shower. Many plugs across the room (practical for all our little electronics). Free internet available although unreliable. The room wasn't dirty nor very clean. Limited amenities (towels, soaps, iron & ironbaord). No kettle. Hotel in need of a good freshen up. Definitely not worth 90€/night.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely super! They were very attentive to every question or need that arose. Great hospitality. The hotel was clean and in good (not great) condition. Walking distance to everything in Roseau.

Centralt beläget hotel i Roseau, nära till allt i denna lilla stad. Rent och välstädat, trevlig personal.

The property is in the middle of downtown Roseau so it was easy to walk around town and there was easy access to transportation to get to the different places in Dominica.

Hotel was in a walkable location at city center and the room was clean and comfortable but the location also had very loud music from the streets most nights.

Great Hospitality, excellent service

The property was in a convenient location exactly what I was looking for, for the occasion... in the center of town but for the price during that time, not exactly the Ritz. No room conveniences except for an iron which i had to ask for. No refrigerator or coffeepot it was barebones. Room cleaning only upon request. The front desk staff was excellent, pleasant but limited in what they could help you with. Could do with an upgrade in management

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for my last minute emergency booking. The hotel is in the heart of the city and close to everything. It is not the type of hotel I am accustomed to but I made it work for the 2 nights.

Reasonable but not cheap so should have been better

The location is the key, but overall expensive for the price. When cruise ships are gone Roseau gets extremely quiet and you would do better somewhere else. For example, the nice hotel bar was closed.

nous avons choisi cette hôtel car il était en plein centre et très accessible depuis le port ; Malheureusement juste en bas de l'hotel un bar est ouvert tous les soirs et la musique est à fond jusqu'à 3h du matin ! le reste du quartier est calme mais cette rue pas du tout ! donc pour faire la fête vous êtes au bon endroit mais pas pour aller randonner le matin !!!

The room was clean and the atmosphere was very friendly. Dominica is getting a little noisy but I was able to get a good night sleep. Bed was comfortable.
