ビーチフロントで、プライベートビーチとビーチバーがあります。ビーチベットも快適でのんびり過ごすことができます。 部屋は清潔でビーチハウスのようなおしゃれな雰囲気です。シャワーの水圧も問題なく、お湯もしっかり出ます。レストランも美味しかったです。唯一言うなら、提供時間がかなりかかることです。滞在中何も不満はありませんでした。

The people who work in the hotel are amazing

We zaten in een kamer met het zeer harde geluid van een motor (zou afzuigkap zijn). Het was echt oorverdovend. We gingen een andere kamer vragen, maar volgens de zeer onvriendelijke receptioniste was er geen meer beschikbaar. Nochtans kon er online wel een kamer geboekt worden. We hebben dan maar besloten om een dag vroeger te vertrekken.

We got sick by the seafood we consumed at the restaurant. There were cockroaches as well. Rooms are small and not in great shape.

Great customer service, clean rom and wonderful beach access.

El hotel y su personal son espectaculares, desgraciadamente Mahahual muy descuidado, sucio y sin mayores atractivos. La playa que era la joya de la corona con sargazo y retenedores, dejando muy poco espacio para disfrutarla

Rooms are very basic and don’t match with the price we paid.

Excelente el lugar muy padre, las habitaciones muy padres y cómodas y la zona de playa súper bien.

El lugar es excelente, y el servicio del personal siempre fue muy atento …

La limpieza está excelente, el servicio es buenísimo, el personal es muy amable. La ubicación lo mantiene en una zona rodeada de otros restaurantes, una heladería y se esfuerzan mucho por mantenerlo sin sargazo. Es la mejor opción para llegar al visitar Mahahual. Definitivamente volveremos.

This hotel its not what i saw in the pictures, we ate and my wifey had a plate of fajitas de Arrachera and it was really bad meat, i told the waiter to take that plate back… but like always they still charge me for a bad plate of food!!

solo quiero agregar que el servicio de internet fue muy malo a pesar de los esfuerzos de evelin que se esmeraba en su atencion

El personal y el hotel es una maravilla , lo malo es que todo el malecón a las 11 pm ya está cerrado y si pasas por afuera se ve muy oscuro y sin opciones de comida o bebida

Excelente lugar para descansar y llenarte de energía ☺️ restaurante del hotel súper rico y una excelente atención y la limpieza en habitación de lujo! Todo increíble 😊

The property was well maintained, aesthetically pleasing as well. Staff are polite and friendly. My only complaint is that it it can get noisy early in the morning and at night, you can hear the noises of guest outside the room and guests going up to the upper floors.
